【摘要】：雷艇是以水雷、魚雷為武器的重要艦種,深受李鴻章重視。在北洋海軍購置雷艇的過程中,洋人日意格、柏專敬等皆曾產(chǎn)生過影響,而李鳳苞則是一個關鍵性人物。他通過對各大雷艇船廠的考察和交流,逐漸認識到魚雷艇的作戰(zhàn)價值,不斷向北洋介紹最新的魚雷艇動態(tài)和研究著述,并積極訪覓優(yōu)秀的魚雷教習,促使李鴻章轉變?yōu)橹袊賵龅聂~雷艇迷,并將購艇重心逐漸轉移到可以出海作戰(zhàn)的大魚雷艇方向。在北洋海軍所擁有的14艘雷艇中,李鳳苞實際負責了12艘雷艇的訂購。其中,光緒六年2艘中魚雷艇訂購的成功,充分說明了德國艦船的物美價廉,是北洋海軍和德國伏爾鏗廠一系列大宗艦船交易的開始,在中國近代海軍購船史上具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Thunder boat is an important kind of ship with mine and torpedo as weapon, which is attached great importance by Li Hongzhang. In the process of purchasing thunder boats by the Beiyang Navy, the foreigners had a great influence, and Li Fengbao was a key figure. Through the investigation and exchange of all the torpedo shipyards, he gradually realized the operational value of the torpedo boats, continuously introduced the latest torpedo boat dynamics and research works to the Beiyang, and actively visited and searched for excellent torpedo teaching and learning. Li Hongzhang became China's official torpedo fan and gradually shifted its focus to large torpedo boats that could go to sea. Of the 14 mine boats owned by the Beiyang Navy, Li Fengbao actually ordered 12. Among them, Guang Xu's successful purchase of two medium torpedo boats over the past six years fully demonstrates that the German ships are of good quality and low price, and are the beginning of a series of major ship transactions between the Beiyang Navy and the Volkeng Factory in Germany. It is of great significance in the history of naval ship purchase in modern China.
