【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)導(dǎo)致國內(nèi)大批高校停辦或內(nèi)遷,致使大量學(xué)生流亡,催生戰(zhàn)時(shí)校際借讀這一獨(dú)特歷史鏡像。國內(nèi)未受戰(zhàn)爭影響之大學(xué),通過接受申請、資格審核和編級(jí)考試等程序,積極收容他校學(xué)生予以借讀。國民政府及相關(guān)教育行政主管部門聯(lián)合各大學(xué),出臺(tái)借讀政策辦法,安撫救助借讀學(xué)生,在一定程度上保障了中國高等教育的延續(xù),并為其后數(shù)十年的國家建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了骨干力量。戰(zhàn)時(shí)大學(xué)借讀之價(jià)值足與同期大學(xué)內(nèi)遷相媲美,深入探討這一現(xiàn)象,有助于完善對民國高等教育的研究。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan led to the suspension or relocation of a large number of colleges and universities in China, resulting in a large number of students in exile and the unique historical mirror image of intercollegiate borrowing in wartime. China's unaffected universities actively accept other students through the procedures of application, qualification examination and grade examination. The National Government and the relevant educational administrative departments United with the universities to issue policies and measures to appease and rescue the students, thus ensuring the continuation of China's higher education to a certain extent. And for the subsequent decades of national construction to cultivate the backbone. The value of studying in wartime universities is comparable to that of the internal migration of universities in the same period. A thorough study of this phenomenon will help to perfect the study of higher education in the Republic of China.
