1931年上海商業(yè)儲蓄銀行提存風(fēng)潮與應(yīng)對

【摘要】：1931年上海商業(yè)儲蓄銀行提存風(fēng)潮有著復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外背景。提存風(fēng)潮使上海銀行存款減少,暴露了其經(jīng)營中存在的風(fēng)險,促使其不斷調(diào)整經(jīng)營方針。危機(jī)中,上海銀行力辟謠言,安定人心,厚積準(zhǔn)備,以應(yīng)提存;實力雄厚的中國、中央、交通三行基于上海銀行根基穩(wěn)固,信用昭著,擔(dān)心風(fēng)波擴(kuò)大,危及整個金融市場,出于公私情誼而出手相助;本國商業(yè)銀行和錢莊實力不濟(jì),自顧不暇;而外商銀行卻操縱中國金融市場,乘機(jī)牟利。對于這一風(fēng)潮,南京國民政府漠然視之,日本政府則乘機(jī)散布謠言,企圖擾亂中國金融市場。此次風(fēng)潮不僅揭示了私營商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)業(yè)艱難,命運多舛,而且反映出中央銀行制度不健全、幣制落后、私營商業(yè)銀行間缺乏有效的聯(lián)合。
[Abstract]:In 1931, Shanghai Commercial savings Bank deposit trend has a complex background at home and abroad. The trend of deposit collection reduces the deposit of Shanghai Bank, exposes the risk in its management, and impel it to adjust its management policy continuously. During the crisis, the Shanghai Bank of China said, "calm down the hearts of the people, prepare for it, and keep it in reserve." The powerful China, the central, the transportation three lines based on the Shanghai bank foundation is firm, the credit is clear, fears that the storm expands, endangers the entire financial market, out of the public and private friendship but to help; Domestic commercial banks and money banks are too weak to worry about themselves, while foreign banks manipulate China's financial markets and take advantage of opportunities to make profits. The Nanjing government turned a blind eye to the storm, while the Japanese government took the opportunity to spread rumors in an attempt to disrupt China's financial markets. The current trend not only reveals that the private commercial banks are hard to start their own businesses, but also reflects that the central banking system is not perfect, the currency system is backward, and there is a lack of effective union among the private commercial banks.
