【摘要】：成都作為國民黨在大陸統(tǒng)治最后掙扎的"川西決戰(zhàn)"之城,復(fù)雜的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境對中共的接管和改造工作構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。實踐中,"組織嵌入"不僅是有效應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)、實現(xiàn)接管改造的主要手段,而且是進(jìn)行政權(quán)建構(gòu)與社會整合的基本方式。在軍事接管后,中共一方面用軍管方式實現(xiàn)黨權(quán)直接嵌入,在城市普遍建立基層政權(quán)與黨的組織;另一方面用組織化改造社會的方式間接嵌入,重構(gòu)城市社會空間。藉由革命勝利所帶來的強(qiáng)大政治權(quán)威實現(xiàn)組織嵌入,進(jìn)行政權(quán)建構(gòu)和社會整合,這是理解中國現(xiàn)代國家建構(gòu)乃至當(dāng)代中國政治模式的一把鑰匙。
[Abstract]:Chengdu, as the city of "decisive battle in western Sichuan", which was the last struggle of Kuomintang rule in the mainland, the complex political and economic environment poses a severe challenge to the takeover and reform of the Communist Party of China (CPC). In practice, "organizational embedding" is not only the main means to face the challenge and realize the transformation of takeover, but also the basic way to construct political power and integrate the society. After the military takeover, the Communist Party of China, on the one hand, directly embedded the party's power by military administration, and established the grass-roots political power and the party's organization in the city generally; on the other hand, indirectly embedded in the way of systematizing the society and reconstructing the social space of the city. It is a key to understand the construction of China's modern country and even the political model of contemporary China to realize the organization embedding and social integration through the powerful political authority brought by the victory of revolution.
