【摘要】：在中國近代民族工業(yè)發(fā)展史上,無錫榮氏家族曾發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。特別是榮宗敬和榮德生兩兄弟,他們白手起家,從無錫保興面粉廠開始,直至建成茂新、福新、申新三大面粉、紡織系統(tǒng),成為享譽(yù)中國的民族資本家。更值得注意的是,榮宗敬和榮德生兩兄弟對社會的貢獻(xiàn)不僅局限于民族工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,在教育事業(yè)、公益慈善,公共建設(shè)等方面,他們都有著顯著的成就,特別是在教育領(lǐng)域�？v觀其將近五十年的辦學(xué)歷程,從小學(xué)、中學(xué)、職業(yè)學(xué)校再到大學(xué),他們秉持著“教育貴在實學(xué)”的宗旨,對無錫地區(qū)的私人教育事業(yè)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。本文以榮氏企業(yè)運(yùn)營與榮氏教育事業(yè)的興辦為視角,探討二者之間的互動關(guān)系。一方面,榮氏利用企業(yè)的資金盈余籌辦教育事業(yè);另一方面榮氏教育事業(yè)的興辦,為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)了優(yōu)秀人才,反過來促進(jìn)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營與發(fā)展。這一模式的運(yùn)用使得教育與企業(yè)得到了雙贏,也是榮氏家族企業(yè)得以長久發(fā)展的重要因素之一。
[Abstract]:In the history of modern Chinese national industry, the Rongshi family in Wuxi played an important role. In particular, Rong Zongjing and Rongdesheng two brothers, they started from Wuxi Baoxing flour mill, until the completion of Maoxin, Fuxin, Shen Xin three major flour, textile system, become famous national capitalists in China. What is more noteworthy is that the contributions made by Rong Zongjing and Rong Desheng to the society are not only confined to the field of national industry, but also have remarkable achievements in the fields of education, public charity, public construction and so on, especially in the field of education. Throughout its nearly 50 years of running a school, from primary school, middle school, vocational school to university, they uphold the purpose of "education is important in practice", which has a profound impact on the private education in Wuxi. From the perspective of Roong's enterprise operation and the establishment of Rong's education, this paper probes into the interactive relationship between them. On the one hand, Rong used the capital surplus of the enterprise to organize the education undertaking; on the other hand, the establishment of the education enterprise brought up excellent talents for the enterprise, which in turn promoted the operation and development of the enterprise. The application of this model makes education and enterprise win-win and is also one of the important factors for the long-term development of Roong family business.
