【摘要】：北伐開始后,隨著革命形勢的不斷發(fā)展,國民黨對于民眾運(yùn)動的態(tài)度卻在發(fā)生變化,從動員民眾、推動民眾運(yùn)動向控制民眾、遏制民眾運(yùn)動轉(zhuǎn)變。國共分裂后,國民黨中央摒棄了國民革命時(shí)期的民眾政策,逐漸建構(gòu)了新的民眾政策,但在組織體系、執(zhí)行力等方面均無法承擔(dān)其相應(yīng)責(zé)任,其民眾政策無法實(shí)現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the Northern Expedition, with the continuous development of the revolutionary situation, the attitude of the Kuomintang towards the mass movement has changed, from mobilizing the masses and promoting the mass movement to controlling the masses and containing the mass movement. After the split of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, the Kuomintang Central Committee abandoned the populace policy in the period of the National Revolution and gradually constructed a new populace policy, but it could not bear its corresponding responsibility in the aspects of organization system, execution ability and so on, and its populace policy could not realize the established goal.
