【摘要】：建國初期我國對資本主義工商業(yè)進行了成功的改造,為了順利的從舊制度向社會主義制度的過渡創(chuàng)造條件。私營工商業(yè)能夠順利改造有很多原因,從資本家即民族資產(chǎn)階級接受改造的原因這個角度研究這一問題,對于認識資本主義工商業(yè)的社會主義改造這一歷史變革和研究資本家接受改造的借鑒意義有重要價值。首先主要講述社會主義改造尤其是資本主義工商業(yè)的社會主義改造的研究成果,包括改造資本主義工商業(yè)的背景、國家采取的政策措施、改造的意義。創(chuàng)新點就在于從資本家接受社會主義改造這個角度為著手點,來研究這一歷史問題。新穎獨特,視野開闊,不但能就私營工商業(yè)社會主義改造展開全方位的研究,而且便于從處理國家與私營經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系方面提供歷史借鑒。重點從資本家接受“改造”的原因和它提供的歷史借鑒兩個方面論述問題。資本家接受“改造”,有主客觀兩方面的原因。客觀方面主要是:國家改造的“和平性”,即采用和平改造的政策,它使資本家有可能接受“改造”,這是“改造”能順利進行的基石;國家改造的“階段性”,即分成不同階段,循序進行,它使資本家有比較充分的心理準(zhǔn)備,這是改造能順利進行的保證。主觀方面的原因,主要是資本家有接受社會主義改造的積極性。在改造過程中,國家在政策上的大力宣傳、將對資本主義工商業(yè)的改造和資本家個人改造相結(jié)合等政策之所以能奏效,就是由于資本家有走社會主義道路的積極性。這是改造順利進行的內(nèi)因。從資本家接受社會主義改造得出的歷史借鑒是:當(dāng)代私營經(jīng)濟,國家所有制和經(jīng)濟形勢不斷改革和變化,但是我們?nèi)匀粦?yīng)該繼續(xù)擁護社會主義制度,堅定不移的走社會主義道路。私營企業(yè)主們只有看清國家的發(fā)展形勢,順應(yīng)潮流,將企業(yè)的發(fā)展同國家的命運有機的結(jié)合,才能更好的發(fā)展自身的企業(yè)。資本主義工商業(yè)改造得以順利進行,在于黨的政策符合資本家的實際情況,提示我們黨在出臺治理政策的時候,多從政策對象角度出發(fā)考慮問題,政策對象能夠接受,愿意接受,政策就能夠順利執(zhí)行,就能達到預(yù)想的效果。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, capitalist industry and commerce were successfully reformed to create conditions for a smooth transition from the old system to the socialist system. There are many reasons for the smooth transformation of private industry and commerce. From the perspective of the reasons for the capitalists, that is, the national bourgeoisie, to accept the transformation, we will study this issue. It is of great value to understand the historical change of socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce and to study the reference of capitalists' acceptance of transformation. First of all, it mainly describes the research results of socialist transformation, especially the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce, including the background of the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce, the policy measures adopted by the state, and the significance of the transformation. The innovation point is to study this historical problem from the angle of capitalists accepting socialist transformation. New and unique, broad vision, not only the socialist transformation of private industry and commerce to carry out all-round research, but also easy to handle the relationship between the state and the private economy to provide historical reference. Emphasis is placed on the reasons for the capitalists to accept "transformation" and the historical reference it provides. Capitalists accept "transformation", there are subjective and objective reasons. The objective aspects are as follows: the "peaceful nature" of national transformation, that is, adopting the policy of peaceful transformation, makes it possible for the capitalists to accept "transformation", which is the cornerstone on which the "transformation" can be carried out smoothly; The "stage" of national transformation, that is, divided into different stages and carried out in sequence, enables capitalists to have more adequate psychological preparation, which is the guarantee that the transformation can proceed smoothly. The subjective reason is that capitalists have the enthusiasm to accept socialist transformation. In the process of transformation, the state's vigorous propaganda in policy and the combination of the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce with the personal transformation of capitalists are the reasons why such policies can be effective because the capitalists have the initiative to follow the socialist road. This is the internal cause of the smooth progress of the transformation. The historical lessons drawn from the capitalists' acceptance of socialist transformation are: the contemporary private economy, state ownership and economic situation are constantly reformed and changed, but we should continue to support the socialist system. Unswervingly follow the socialist road. The private enterprise owners only see clearly the development situation of the country, conform to the trend, and combine the development of the enterprise with the fate of the country organically, in order to develop their own enterprises better. The smooth implementation of the capitalist industrial and commercial transformation lies in the fact that the Party's policies are in line with the actual conditions of the capitalists, suggesting that our party, when it comes up with the governance policy, considers the problems from the perspective of the policy object, and the policy object is acceptable to the policy object. Willing to accept, the policy can be carried out smoothly, can achieve the desired effect.
