【摘要】：以馬麒、馬步芳父子為首的地方軍閥集團(tuán)在中華民國(guó)期間統(tǒng)治青海約40年,這一時(shí)期也是青海建省和推行現(xiàn)代民族國(guó)家建設(shè)的重要?dú)v史轉(zhuǎn)型期,由于馬家軍造成1936年紅軍西路軍的失敗并在1949年的蘭州戰(zhàn)役中頑強(qiáng)抵抗中國(guó)人民解放軍進(jìn)軍西北,建國(guó)后的官方歷史敘事中賦予馬步芳集團(tuán)極為負(fù)面的形象。但是在這40年間,青海社會(huì)發(fā)生了許多重大變化。在改革開(kāi)放后的今天,有必要從以地方性為基礎(chǔ)和以作為歷史中的行動(dòng)者的人為主體的視角出發(fā),對(duì)青海歷史中的“馬步芳時(shí)代”給予更加全面、深入的研究與分析,并應(yīng)從地方社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的角度來(lái)理解這種研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The local warlord group led by Ma Qi and Ma Bufang's father and son ruled Qinghai for about 40 years during the period of the Republic of China. This period was also an important historical transition period for the establishment of Qinghai Province and the implementation of modern nation-state construction. Due to the defeat of the Red Army's West Route Army in 1936 and the indomitable resistance of the Chinese people's Liberation Army to the Northwest in the Lanzhou Battle of 1949, the official historical narration after the founding of the people's Republic of China gave Ma Bufang a very negative image. But in these 40 years, Qinghai society has taken place many important changes. After the reform and opening up, it is necessary to give a more comprehensive and in-depth study and analysis of the "Ma Bufang era" in Qinghai's history from the perspective of localism as the foundation and the people as the actors in history as the main body. And we should understand the practical significance of this kind of research from the angle of local social development needs.
