太平洋戰(zhàn)爭時期美國對華文化援助研究

【摘要】：提到二戰(zhàn)時期美國的對華援助,人們耳熟能詳?shù)拇蠖嗍敲绹鴮θA經(jīng)濟、軍事援助,實際戰(zhàn)時中美兩國間還蜿蜒著一條鮮為人知的文化交流紐帶。為使中國在東方戰(zhàn)場上努力抗擊日本、對華傳輸自由民主文化價值觀,美國國務(wù)院對中國實行了文化援助計劃,主要包括專家學(xué)者交流；援助中國留學(xué)生；邀請中國技術(shù)人員赴美深造；以書籍和微縮膠片援華等幾個方面。 太平洋戰(zhàn)爭時期是中美文化關(guān)系發(fā)展的重要時段,該時段的文化援華計劃是中美文化關(guān)系史的重要組成部分,反映了二戰(zhàn)時期中美兩國的戰(zhàn)略同盟關(guān)系。雖為美國主導(dǎo)的文化交往,但有著深刻的時代內(nèi)涵：它是中美文化關(guān)系史的轉(zhuǎn)折點,一定程度上改變了美國文化對華單向輻射的模式,并把中美文化交流全面提高到官方化的層面,標(biāo)志著中美文化外交的開端。但一定程度上也激發(fā)了美國文化擴張主義與中國傳統(tǒng)文化之間的沖突。 本文以充分翔實的檔案資料為基礎(chǔ)、審視文化援華計劃中美國政策轉(zhuǎn)變的歷史根源、剖析援華計劃實施的真正動機、細致解讀文化援助的各個子計劃,分析全局進展、解密細枝末節(jié),突出文化計劃在中美文化交流史中的作用。歷史的因果關(guān)系蘊藏在歷史過程之中�？偨Y(jié)太平洋戰(zhàn)爭時期美國文化援華的歷史,對當(dāng)代中美文化交流亦有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Referring to American aid to China during World War II, most people are familiar with American economic and military aid to China. In the actual war, there is still a little-known cultural exchange link between China and the United States. In order to make China fight Japan on the battlefield of the East and transmit the values of free and democratic culture to China, the State Department of the United States has implemented a cultural assistance program for China, which mainly includes the exchange of experts and scholars, the aid of Chinese students studying abroad. Invite Chinese technicians to the United States to further study; books and microfilm to assist China in several areas. The Pacific War period is an important period for the development of Sino-American cultural relations. The cultural aid program in this period is an important part of the history of Sino-US cultural relations and reflects the strategic alliance between China and the United States during the second World War. Although it is a cultural exchange dominated by the United States, it has a profound connotation of the times: it is a turning point in the history of Sino-American cultural relations, and to a certain extent has changed the one-way radiation mode of American culture towards China. And the cultural exchange between China and the United States to the official level, marked the beginning of cultural diplomacy between China and the United States. To some extent, however, the conflict between American cultural expansionism and Chinese traditional culture has been aroused. Based on the full and accurate archival data, this paper examines the historical roots of the US policy change in the cultural aid program, analyzes the real motives for the implementation of the program, carefully interprets the various sub-plans of cultural assistance, and analyzes the overall progress. Uncovering details and highlighting the role of cultural programs in the history of cultural exchanges between China and the United States. The causality of history lies in the course of history. Summing up the history of American cultural aid to China during the Pacific War is also of great significance to the cultural exchanges between China and the United States.
