1949-1950年的《銀行周報(bào)》研究

【摘要】：1917年5月，《銀行周報(bào)》在上海創(chuàng)刊，1950年3月�？��！躲y行周報(bào)》是民國(guó)創(chuàng)刊最早，出版期數(shù)最多的金融類專業(yè)刊物。在長(zhǎng)達(dá)30余年的刊行期內(nèi)，《銀行周報(bào)》一共出版34卷1635期。 《銀行周報(bào)》自創(chuàng)刊以來，即以“報(bào)告金融消息，，研究財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)情事，以供業(yè)界參考，學(xué)者討論”為宗旨。1949—1950年間，國(guó)內(nèi)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢(shì)發(fā)生劇烈變化，《銀行周報(bào)》仍秉承該宗旨，保持了自身的特點(diǎn)。期間，《銀行周報(bào)》堅(jiān)持定期發(fā)行。《銀行周報(bào)》上刊行的文章多出自熟悉經(jīng)濟(jì)金融業(yè)的專業(yè)人士，所登載的數(shù)據(jù)均為第一手的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料。兩年間，《銀行周報(bào)》代表金融資產(chǎn)階級(jí)的利益提出大量意見，繼續(xù)發(fā)揮了“銀行家喉舌”的作用。 1949—1950年間的《銀行周報(bào)》的欄目，與此前《銀行周報(bào)》的欄目大體一致，分為專載、論著、經(jīng)濟(jì)匯志、法令、國(guó)內(nèi)要聞、國(guó)外要聞等。1949—1950年間的《銀行周報(bào)》的內(nèi)容，與此前《銀行周報(bào)》內(nèi)容的側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同。首先，結(jié)合當(dāng)時(shí)的政治形勢(shì)及當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)大眾所關(guān)心的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)問題，分析了當(dāng)時(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境。其次，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。最后，利用自身影響力對(duì)解放后經(jīng)濟(jì)政策作了宣傳。 1949—1950年間的《銀行周報(bào)》體例開放成熟，辦報(bào)風(fēng)格民主，不屈從于權(quán)威，為后來刊物樹立了榜樣，同時(shí)也充分表達(dá)了各方面的意見及建議。在論述時(shí)事熱點(diǎn)及分析經(jīng)濟(jì)金融問題時(shí)，切入點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)確，論點(diǎn)明確，論據(jù)有力，積極地正面地引導(dǎo)社會(huì)輿論，在當(dāng)時(shí)產(chǎn)生了巨大的社會(huì)影響。《銀行周報(bào)》上登載了大量的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，歷來是經(jīng)濟(jì)史研究領(lǐng)域的重要史料。1949—1950年間的《銀行周報(bào)》更是內(nèi)容豐富，統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)翔實(shí)，分析論述涉及的問題面廣泛，是研究民國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)向建國(guó)初期新民主主義經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變過程的重要史料。
[Abstract]:In May 1917, the Bank Weekly was founded in Shanghai and stopped publication in March 1950. It was the earliest financial professional publication published in the Republic of China. During the publication period of more than 30 years, the Bank Weekly has published 34 volumes and 1635 issues. Since its inception, the Bank Weekly has used "to report financial news and study the financial and economic situation for the reference of the industry." Between 1949 and 1950, the domestic political and economic situation changed dramatically, and the Bank Weekly continued to maintain its own characteristics. During the period, the Bank Weekly insisted on issuing regularly. Most of the articles published on the Weekly came from professionals familiar with the economy and finance, and the data published were all firsthand statistics. During the past two years, the Bank Weekly, which represented the interests of the financial bourgeoisie, continued to play the role of a "banker's mouthpiece." The contents of Bank Weekly from 1949 to 1950 are different from those of Bank Weekly from 1949 to 1950. Firstly, combining the political situation and the important economic problems concerned by the public at that time, the paper analyzes the economic and financial environment at that time. Secondly, the experience of construction at home and abroad is summarized. Finally, the use of their own influence to promote post-liberation economic policy. 1949-1950, the "Bank Weekly" style is open and mature, the style of the newspaper is democratic, not submit to the authority, set an example for later publications. At the same time, also fully expressed the views and suggestions of all parties. When discussing current affairs hot spots and analyzing economic and financial issues, the entry point is accurate, the arguments are clear, the arguments are strong, and the public opinion is actively and positively guided. At that time, it had a great social impact. A large number of statistics were published in the "Bank Weekly", which has always been an important historical data in the field of economic history. The "Bank Weekly" from 1949 to 1950 was rich in content and full of statistical data. The analysis involves a wide range of issues and is an important historical material for studying the transition process from the Republic of China economy to the new democratic economy in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China.
