【摘要】：在20世紀(jì)30年代的民主與獨(dú)裁這場(chǎng)論戰(zhàn)中,陳之邁扮演了極其重要的角色。正因?yàn)槿绱?在與這場(chǎng)論戰(zhàn)相關(guān)的研究中,陳之邁的言論也經(jīng)常為研究者們所引述。這既是對(duì)他作為一個(gè)政治學(xué)者曾經(jīng)所作出的貢獻(xiàn)的肯定,同時(shí)也充分說明了對(duì)于他的民主政治思想作一番較為全面的研究仍然是有必要的。在本篇文章中,筆者試圖結(jié)合時(shí)代背景,對(duì)陳之邁的民主政治理論、制度設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑這三個(gè)密不可分的部分分別進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,一方面使他的思想脈絡(luò)更為清晰,另一方面分析這些思想在當(dāng)時(shí)的國內(nèi)外背景下是如何形成的,它們的意義是什么。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者將進(jìn)一步揭示在嚴(yán)重的民族危機(jī)面前,陳之邁的民主政治思想將如何適應(yīng)時(shí)代的要求；同時(shí)在時(shí)勢(shì)的壓迫下,它又將遭遇怎樣無法擺脫的困境。從某種程度上說,在戰(zhàn)火紛飛、動(dòng)蕩不安的近代中國,這些困境也從側(cè)面反映了中國近代自由主義的困境。
[Abstract]:Chen played a vital role in the democratic and autocratic debate of the 1930s. Because of this, Chen Zhimai's comments are often cited by researchers in the context of the debate. This is not only the affirmation of his contribution as a political scholar, but also the fact that it is still necessary to make a comprehensive study of his democratic political thought. In this article, the author attempts to combine the background of the times, to Chen Zhimai's democratic political theory, the system design, the realization way these three inseparable parts respectively carries on the detailed elaboration, on the one hand makes his thought vein more clear, On the other hand, it analyzes how these ideas were formed in the domestic and foreign background at that time, and what their significance is. On this basis, the author will further reveal how Chen Zhimai's democratic political thought will adapt to the requirements of the times in the face of the serious national crisis, and at the same time, under the oppression of the times, it will encounter a dilemma that cannot be extricated from. To some extent, these dilemmas also reflect the predicament of Chinese modern liberalism.
