【摘要】：劉大鈞是民國(guó)時(shí)期著名的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)家、社會(huì)活動(dòng)家,其經(jīng)濟(jì)思想頗為豐富。由于資料繁瑣和內(nèi)容繁雜,劉大鈞的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想一直未得到學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。因此,本文主要以工業(yè)化為角度,論述劉大鈞工業(yè)化思想發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其做一系統(tǒng)化的分析和整理,從而指出劉大鈞工業(yè)化思想的核心,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建其完整的工業(yè)化發(fā)展體系。 本文共分五部分。第一部分首先闡述劉大鈞工業(yè)化思想形成的背景,指出中國(guó)必須實(shí)行工業(yè)化的原因,和劉大鈞對(duì)工業(yè)化內(nèi)涵的看法,以此奠定劉大鈞工業(yè)化思想的基礎(chǔ)。第二部分中,重點(diǎn)闡述劉大鈞對(duì)工業(yè)化發(fā)展條件的看法,指出工業(yè)化發(fā)展的有利和不利因素,為工業(yè)化發(fā)展指明道路。在第三部分中,主要研究工業(yè)化思想的管理體制問(wèn)題,劉大鈞主張實(shí)行統(tǒng)制經(jīng)濟(jì),重點(diǎn)分析統(tǒng)制經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)施的范圍,已達(dá)到國(guó)營(yíng)與統(tǒng)制相結(jié)合的目的。第四部分主要是分析劉大鈞工業(yè)化發(fā)展思想中的戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為應(yīng)優(yōu)先發(fā)展重工業(yè),各行各業(yè)均衡發(fā)展,另在工業(yè)發(fā)展中,應(yīng)將國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)合,但在工業(yè)化實(shí)施進(jìn)程中,主張革命的與演進(jìn)的發(fā)展,也不免犯急躁冒進(jìn)錯(cuò)誤。最后一個(gè)部分在前述各章的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)劉大鈞工業(yè)化思想進(jìn)行總結(jié),并分析劉大鈞工業(yè)化的特色與局限性,為當(dāng)今的工業(yè)化建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Liu Dajun is a famous economist, statistician and social activist in the Republic of China. Because of the complicated data and complicated contents, Liu Dajun's economic thought has not been paid attention to by the academic circles all the time. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the development of Liu Dajun's industrialization thought from the angle of industrialization, and makes a systematic analysis and arrangement of it, thus pointing out the core of Liu Dajun's industrialization thought, and on this basis, Construct its complete industrialization development system. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part expounds the background of the formation of Liu Dajun's industrialization thought, points out the reason why China must carry out industrialization, and Liu Dajun's view on the connotation of industrialization, so as to lay the foundation of Liu Dajun's industrialization thought. The second part focuses on Liu Dajun's views on the conditions of industrialization development, points out the favorable and unfavorable factors of industrialization development, and points out the way for industrialization development. In the third part, the author mainly studies the management system of industrialization thought. Liu Daxun advocates to carry out the economic control, and analyzes the scope of the implementation of the control economy, which has reached the goal of combining the state and the control. The fourth part mainly analyzes the strategic problems in Liu Dajun's thought of industrialization development, and holds that priority should be given to the development of heavy industry and balanced development of various industries. In addition, in industrial development, the national economy should be combined with regional economy. However, in the process of industrialization, the development of revolution and evolution is inevitable. The last part summarizes Liu Dajun's industrialization thoughts on the basis of the preceding chapters, and analyzes the characteristics and limitations of Liu Dajun's industrialization, which provides a reference for today's industrialization construction.
