南鄰未必識(shí):《晚清海外筆記

【摘要】：晚清委派官員出國(guó)考察或執(zhí)行外交使命,他們?cè)珜懸欢〝?shù)量海外筆記。其中斌椿、張德彝、曾紀(jì)澤、袁祖志、張蔭桓、薛福成和嚴(yán)璩所撰筆記中皆有西貢的記載,從中不難看出他們對(duì)西貢的認(rèn)識(shí)逐漸深入,從山川形勢(shì)到華人社會(huì)生活和法人管理等情形皆有涉及。華人雖在西貢有人數(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等優(yōu)勢(shì),但遭受法人的管制和盤剝。晚清海外筆記成為清廷"洞悉各國(guó)事機(jī)"的重要窗口,其價(jià)值不可小覷。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, officials were sent abroad to study or carry out diplomatic missions. They wrote a certain number of overseas notes. Among them, Bin Chun, Zhang Deyi, Zeng Jize, Yuan Zuzhi, Zhang Yinhuan, Xue Fucheng and Yan qu all have records of Saigon in their notes. It is not difficult to see that their understanding of Saigon is gradually deepening. From the landscape situation to the Chinese social life and legal person management and other situations are involved. Although the Chinese in Saigon have the advantages of number, economy, but suffered from the control and exploitation of legal persons. The overseas notes of the late Qing Dynasty became an important window for the Qing government to understand the affairs of different countries, and its value could not be underestimated.
