【摘要】：晚清中國人用"商"來統(tǒng)稱工商等業(yè),但差不多半個世紀之后,"實業(yè)"出現(xiàn),并取代了"商",用來統(tǒng)稱農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)和商業(yè)。本文分析了這一觀念變遷背后的企業(yè)史含義。文章認為,用商來統(tǒng)稱工商業(yè)是延續(xù)了明清以來的用法。近代重商觀念流行的同時,大量商業(yè)資本開始投資近代工業(yè),商人因其在資本、人才、管理制度、經(jīng)驗等方面的優(yōu)勢對近代工業(yè)產(chǎn)生了主導(dǎo)型影響。在這一時期,大量近代企業(yè)是以股份制的方式組織起來的。甲午戰(zhàn)爭之后,近代中國人的觀念世界發(fā)生了巨大變化,"實業(yè)"觀念出現(xiàn)并被廣泛接受。時人在強調(diào)實際生產(chǎn)的重要性的同時,也更為重視企業(yè)當(dāng)中的管理技術(shù)和管理制度,他們意識到會計、采購銷售、工人的管理等制度也必須做出相應(yīng)的改變。在"實業(yè)"時代,有關(guān)工廠的制度受到人們更多的關(guān)注。從"商"到"實業(yè)"的觀念變遷過程,也可以被視為中國近代企業(yè)起源的歷史過程。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, Chinese people used the term "business" to refer to industry and commerce, but almost half a century later, "industry" appeared and replaced "business" to refer to agriculture, industry and commerce. This paper analyzes the meaning of the history of enterprises behind the change of this concept. At the same time, a large number of commercial capital began to invest in modern industry. Merchants had a dominant influence on modern industry because of their advantages in capital, talent, management system and experience. During this period, a large number of modern enterprises were organized in the form of joint-stock system. After the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, the concept world of modern Chinese people took place tremendous. The concept of "industry" emerged and was widely accepted. While emphasizing the importance of actual production, people also paid more attention to the management techniques and systems in enterprises. They realized that accounting, purchasing and selling, and the management of workers must also be changed accordingly. In the era of "industry", the system of factories concerned was further changed by people. Much attention has been paid to the process of conceptual change from "business" to "industry", which can also be regarded as the historical process of the origin of modern Chinese enterprises.
