【摘要】：1933年的"卡斯普綁架案"是發(fā)生在哈爾濱的一件大事。由于掌控在日偽當(dāng)局的手中,一件原本條理清楚且證據(jù)充分的綁架殺人案最后變得黑白顛倒,在國際上也造成了不良影響。
[Abstract]:The 1933 kidnapping of Kapper was a major event in Harbin. With control of the Japanese authorities, a well-organized and well-documented kidnapping homicide turned black and white, with international repercussions.
