【摘要】：聶云臺是近代著名實業(yè)家,而除了實業(yè)家的身份外,聶云臺的宗教情緣也是他為世人所知的一個重要原因。聶云臺從信仰基督教到轉變?yōu)樾叛龇鸾?這在社會學上被稱為“改宗”(conversion),目前學界對于聶云臺的宗教信仰改變及近代改宗現(xiàn)象的關注甚少。本文在實地調查取得豐富原始材料的基礎上,主要運用歷史學、經(jīng)濟學、宗教社會學、宗教心理學等理論,通過演繹與分析的方法,從考察當時的政治、社會、宗教等背景入手,結合聶云臺的家庭背景、生活工作環(huán)境、實業(yè)經(jīng)營活動與宗教信仰情況等,研究聶云臺改宗的原因及宗教信仰改變對他的影響,尤其是其思想觀念上的變或者不變。通過聶云臺改宗的研究,以期揭示近代的改宗現(xiàn)象,并為當今我國宗教向積極健康的方向發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Nie Yuntai is a famous industrialist in modern times. Besides the identity of industrialist, Nie Yuntai's religious sentiment is also an important reason for his being known to the world. Nie Yuntai changed from Christianity to Buddhism, which is called "conversion to Buddhism" in sociology. At present, the academic circles pay little attention to the religious change of Nie Yuntai and the phenomenon of conversion in modern times. On the basis of the abundant original materials obtained in the field investigation, this paper mainly uses the theories of history, economics, religious sociology, religious psychology and so on, through deductive and analytical methods, from examining the politics and society at that time. Starting with the background of religion, combining with Nie Yuntai's family background, living and working environment, business activities and religious beliefs, this paper studies the reasons for Nie Yuntai's conversion to religion and the influence of the change of religious belief on him. In particular, their ideas on the change or unchanged. Through the study of Nie Yuntai's conversion to Buddhism, the author hopes to reveal the phenomenon of conversion in modern times and provide reference for the positive and healthy development of religion in our country.
