【摘要】：山西票號作為近代上海金融業(yè)中的一個重要金融組織,對上海經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要的作用。在各地廣設(shè)分號的山西票號,由于多方面原因未能在票號初創(chuàng)時期于上海設(shè)立分號,但隨著上海貿(mào)易量的不斷增長和國內(nèi)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定,山西票號在19世紀(jì)60年代末紛紛進(jìn)駐上海開設(shè)分號,開始了在上海的金融活動。以甲午戰(zhàn)爭為分界線,上海分號的營業(yè)對象發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變,前期主要以承匯工商業(yè)的匯款為主,后期票號的承匯對象主要以官款為主,這一轉(zhuǎn)變使得上海分號的業(yè)務(wù)量劇增,同時也達(dá)到了它的頂峰時期。承匯官款雖然使上海分號業(yè)務(wù)急劇增加,但這也為它的衰落埋下種子。甲午戰(zhàn)爭、八國聯(lián)軍侵華戰(zhàn)爭后,上海分號因大量地承匯官款,業(yè)務(wù)上獲得了較大的發(fā)展,但整個票號自身的運(yùn)行機(jī)制以及外部環(huán)境尤其是辛亥革命的影響,加速了上海分號的衰落,其原因有內(nèi)部和外部的。除個別分號能及時調(diào)整外,大部分分號都紛紛擱淺破產(chǎn),至此山西票號退出了上海的歷史舞臺。
[Abstract]:As an important financial organization in the modern Shanghai financial industry, Shanxi ticketing has played an important role in the development of Shanghai's economy and trade. Shanxi, which has widely set up semicolons in various places, was unable to set up a semicolon in Shanghai during its initial period for various reasons, but with the increasing volume of trade in Shanghai and the stability of its domestic environment, In the late 1860 s, Shanxi ticket-shops opened semicolons in Shanghai and started their financial activities in Shanghai. With the Sino-Japanese War as the dividing line, the business object of the Shanghai semicolon has changed. In the early stage, it was mainly to accept remittances from industry and commerce in foreign exchange, and in the later period, the main object of exchange acceptance was mainly official funds. This change made the business volume of Shanghai semicolon increase dramatically. It also reached its peak. Although the transfer officer made Shanghai semicolon business surge, but it also laid the seeds of its decline. After the Sino-Japanese War and the invasion of China by the allied forces of the eight powers, the Shanghai semicolon made great progress in its business because of its large amounts of foreign exchange officials, but the operation mechanism of the whole ticket office itself and the influence of the external environment, especially the 1911 Revolution, Accelerated the decline of the Shanghai semicolon for both internal and external reasons. In addition to a few semicolons can adjust in time, most semicolons have run aground bankruptcy, so Shanxi exit from the historical stage of Shanghai.
