【摘要】：1960年秋,鑒于國(guó)內(nèi)嚴(yán)峻的糧食供應(yīng)形勢(shì),中國(guó)著手重啟并擴(kuò)大同加拿大的糧食貿(mào)易,此舉得到了加拿大的響應(yīng)。與此同時(shí),作為世界市場(chǎng)另一主要糧食供應(yīng)國(guó)的澳大利亞,一方面試圖與加拿大在對(duì)華糧食貿(mào)易上建立攻守同盟,另一方面卻堅(jiān)持其反共疏華姿態(tài)。兩國(guó)態(tài)度的差異,為中國(guó)于1961年5月最終爭(zhēng)取到有利的糧食進(jìn)口條件提供了便利。回顧這段歷史,對(duì)中國(guó)在新的歷史時(shí)期確保糧食安全和促進(jìn)改革開放事業(yè)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the autumn of 1960, in view of the severe domestic food supply situation, China began to restart and expand its food trade with Canada, which was echoed by Canada. At the same time, Australia, as another major grain supplier in the world market, tried to establish an alliance with Canada in grain trade with China on the one hand, and insisted on its anti-Communist stance on the other hand. The differences between the two countries facilitated China's eventual bid for favorable food import conditions in May 1961. Reviewing this period of history is of great significance for China to ensure grain security and promote the cause of reform and opening up in the new historical period.
