【摘要】：1927年四五月間,隨著國(guó)民革命軍的北進(jìn),戰(zhàn)火燃及華北。美英兩國(guó)鑒于南京事件及庚子事變的影響,遂有武裝防衛(wèi)華北的倡議。特別是英國(guó),積極主張由美國(guó)和日本防衛(wèi)京津地區(qū),美日兩國(guó)則在對(duì)待出兵華北的問(wèn)題上表現(xiàn)謹(jǐn)慎。然而隨著日本田中內(nèi)閣的上臺(tái),為了彰顯其積極的對(duì)華政策,率先出兵山東,從而為列強(qiáng)防衛(wèi)華北打開(kāi)新的局面。此后,美國(guó)和英國(guó)也紛紛以護(hù)僑為借口派遣海陸軍北上。1928年5月,國(guó)民革命軍二次北伐,華北局勢(shì)再度緊張。日本又以護(hù)僑為借口迅速出兵山東,并制造濟(jì)南慘案。美英兩國(guó)對(duì)日本此次出兵不僅不反感,反而對(duì)國(guó)民革命軍多有微詞,影響國(guó)民政府其后的對(duì)日交涉。
[Abstract]:In April and May 1927, as the National Revolutionary Army moved northward, the flames of war spread to North China. In view of the Nanjing incident and the influence of the Gengzi incident, the United States and Britain had an initiative to defend North China armed. Britain, in particular, actively advocates that the United States and Japan defend the Beijing-Tianjin region, while the United States and Japan are cautious in their handling of the issue of sending troops to North China. However, with the coming into power of Japan's Tanaka Cabinet, in order to demonstrate its active China policy, it took the lead in sending troops to Shandong, thus opening up a new situation for the powers defending North China. Since then, the United States and Britain have used the pretext of protecting overseas Chinese to send sea and army northward. In May 1928, the National Revolutionary Army made a second Northern Expedition, and the situation in North China was tense again. Japan quickly sent troops to Shandong under the pretext of protecting overseas Chinese and created the Jinan tragedy. The United States and Britain not only did not resent the Japanese troops, but also complained about the National Revolutionary Army, which influenced the subsequent negotiations of the National Government against Japan.
