1955～1965年中國(guó)對(duì)非洲貿(mào)易研究

【摘要】：1955~1965年是中非關(guān)系發(fā)展的第一個(gè)十年。中國(guó)以亞非會(huì)議為契機(jī),根據(jù)"貿(mào)易先行"的指導(dǎo)思想,通過貿(mào)易代表團(tuán)互訪、舉辦商品展覽會(huì)、簽訂政府間貿(mào)易協(xié)定等方式加強(qiáng)與非洲國(guó)家的接觸,有力地推動(dòng)了雙方貿(mào)易關(guān)系的發(fā)展。十年間雙方的貿(mào)易總體呈上升趨勢(shì)。中國(guó)政府緊緊圍繞非洲國(guó)家的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,實(shí)施諸多維護(hù)非洲國(guó)家利益的舉措,彰顯了貿(mào)易往來的援助性質(zhì)。盡管雙方貿(mào)易在各自對(duì)外貿(mào)易中所占的份額較小,但是它具備推動(dòng)建交、增進(jìn)中非互信、增強(qiáng)中國(guó)軟實(shí)力等方面的政治意義,而且從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來看為南南合作模式的形成奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:1955-1965 was the first ten years of the development of Sino-African relations. Taking the Asian-African Conference as an opportunity, and in accordance with the guiding principle of "Trade first," China has strengthened its contacts with African countries through trade delegations' exchange of visits, the holding of commodity exhibitions, and the signing of intergovernmental trade agreements. It has pushed forward the development of bilateral trade relations. The trade between the two sides has been on the rise over the past decade. The Chinese government has closely focused on the practical needs of African countries and has implemented a number of measures to safeguard the interests of African countries, highlighting the nature of aid in trade exchanges. Although the share of bilateral trade in their respective foreign trade is relatively small, it has the political significance of promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations, enhancing mutual trust between China and Africa, and enhancing China's soft power. And from a long-term point of view for the formation of South-South cooperation model laid a good foundation.
