民國時期浙籍留日學生之研究

【摘要】:古代日本向中國派遣使者,近代中國向日本送出留學生,這些奔赴他國的人們一直在中日兩國的文化交流中扮演著重要的角色。到了近代,隨著我國與日本關(guān)系的惡化,對兩國文化交流也產(chǎn)生了影響,但留學教育卻在這些交流活動中表現(xiàn)比較突出。清末時期浙江省較早向日本派遣留學生,成為各省的典范;民國時期浙江省的留學教育又呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點,尤其是,在留學政策的制定上更加凸顯了浙江省的獨立自主性。 本論文從北洋政府(1911-1927)時期浙江省的留學政策,南京國民政府(1927-1937)時期浙江省的留學政策和浙籍留日學生回國活動三個方面出發(fā),對浙江省的留學教育進行分析,從而探知每個時期浙江省留學教育的特點。首先,北洋政府時期,浙江省繼承和發(fā)展了清末的留學政策,在管理模式、考核方式以及派遣形式上都做了較大改進。其次,南京國民政府時期,留學歐美開始盛行,為了刺激學生留日,浙江省在津貼生和自費生的政策安排上做了相應(yīng)調(diào)整,同時更加嚴格了對學生選拔考核。最后,在整合了戰(zhàn)前浙江省留日政策的基礎(chǔ)上,舉例說明了民國時期的浙籍留日學生在日及歸國活動,這其中包括積極宣傳革命思想的在日同盟團體“浙江同鄉(xiāng)會”,以及以吳覺農(nóng)和殷汝耕為典型的歸國者,他們在中國近代化發(fā)展上所起的不同作用。 有關(guān)浙江省留日教育的資料在中日兩國都所存頗多,這其中比較重要的則是浙江圖書館保存的《浙江公報》中記錄的有關(guān)留學政策的資料,以及日本外務(wù)省外交檔案館中所藏的留學生檔案,對這些檔案材料的充分利用,更有助于完善民國時期浙江省留日學生活動的研究。
[Abstract]:Ancient Japan sent messengers to China and modern China sent overseas students to Japan. These people who went to other countries always played an important role in the cultural exchanges between China and Japan. In modern times, with the deterioration of the relations between China and Japan, the cultural exchanges between the two countries also have an impact, but the education of studying abroad is more prominent in these exchanges. In the late Qing Dynasty, Zhejiang sent overseas students to Japan earlier, which became the model of each province. During the Republic of China, the education of studying abroad in Zhejiang Province showed different characteristics, especially in the formulation of the policy of studying abroad, which highlighted the independence of Zhejiang Province. This paper analyzes the study abroad education in Zhejiang Province from three aspects: the study abroad policy of Zhejiang Province during the period of Beiyang Government (1911-1927), the study abroad policy of Zhejiang Province during the period of Nanjing National Government (1927-1937) and the activity of returning students from Zhejiang to Japan. In order to explore the characteristics of study abroad education in Zhejiang Province in every period. First of all, during the period of Beiyang government, Zhejiang Province inherited and developed the policy of studying abroad in the late Qing Dynasty. Secondly, during the period of Nanjing National Government, studying abroad in Europe and America began to prevail. In order to stimulate students to stay in Japan, Zhejiang Province made corresponding adjustments in the policy arrangement of subsidized students and self-funded students, and at the same time made more strict selection and assessment of students. Finally, on the basis of integrating the policy of Zhejiang Province to stay in Japan before the war, this paper gives an example of the activities of Zhejiang students studying in Japan and returning to Japan during the period of the Republic of China. And Wu Juenong and Yin Rugeng as typical returnees, they played different roles in the development of China's modernization. There are quite a lot of materials on education in Zhejiang Province in Japan and China, among which the more important one is the information on the policy of studying abroad recorded in the Zhejiang Bulletin kept by the Zhejiang Library. The full use of the archives of foreign students in the Foreign Affairs Archives of Japan will help to improve the study of students' activities in Zhejiang Province during the period of the Republic of China.
