抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期中國東南區(qū)域工業(yè)發(fā)展考察

【摘要】：全面抗戰(zhàn)時期,以閩粵贛皖浙毗連地區(qū)國統(tǒng)區(qū)所組成的中國東南區(qū)域,是一塊相對獨立的抗戰(zhàn)區(qū)域。以工業(yè)論,抗戰(zhàn)初期,浙江、福建、廣東、江西、安徽五省損失巨大;此后,東南區(qū)域出現(xiàn)了繁榮的工業(yè)化浪潮;抗戰(zhàn)末期,工業(yè)趨于蕭條。從內(nèi)部看,東南區(qū)域存在各省工業(yè)發(fā)展水平不平衡,政府和民間投資取向迥異,工業(yè)結構"公輕民重",化學、紡織、電氣、飲食和機械工業(yè)優(yōu)先發(fā)展,工業(yè)布局變動較大,工廠總體規(guī)模小、技術低、大多為半機械化等特點。而從整個國統(tǒng)區(qū)看,因地處抗戰(zhàn)前線,東南區(qū)域工業(yè)相對落后,工廠數(shù)和資本額所占比重都比較低,與抗戰(zhàn)大后方相比有同有異。東南區(qū)域工業(yè)對于啟動或促進腹地的工業(yè)化進程和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,滿足整個國統(tǒng)區(qū)的軍需民用,以及爭取民族抗戰(zhàn)的最終勝利,均起著極為重要的作用,不應忽視。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, Southeast China was a relatively independent area of resistance, which consisted of the contiguous region of Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang. In terms of industry, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangxi and Anhui lost a lot of money in the early years of the War of Resistance against Japan; since then, there has been a wave of prosperous industrialization in the Southeast region, and in the end of the War of Resistance against Japan, industry has tended to be depressed. From an internal point of view, there is an imbalance in the industrial development level of various provinces in the Southeast region, and there are very different investment orientations between the government and the private sector. The industrial structure is "public and light for the people." the chemical, textile, electrical, catering and mechanical industries are given priority development, and the industrial layout changes greatly. The factory overall scale is small, the technology is low, mostly is the semi-mechanization and so on characteristic. From the point of view of the whole state-controlled area, because it is located at the front line of the War of Resistance against Japan, the industry in the southeast region is relatively backward, and the number of factories and the proportion of capital are relatively low, which is similar to that in the rear area of the War of Resistance against Japan. Southeast regional industry plays an extremely important role in starting or promoting the industrialization process and social and economic development in hinterland, satisfying the military and civilian needs of the whole state-controlled area, and striving for the final victory of the national anti-Japanese war, which should not be ignored.
