【摘要】：為將中國(guó)東北作為日本侵略擴(kuò)張理論的海外基地,日本依照其"總體戰(zhàn)"理論對(duì)偽滿政權(quán)實(shí)施了全面的軍國(guó)主義化改造。日本當(dāng)局的政治控制政策,經(jīng)歷了關(guān)東軍控制下的極權(quán)體制,再到實(shí)踐《基本國(guó)策大綱》等一系列"國(guó)防"政策,以及最后在"國(guó)防國(guó)家"總動(dòng)員體制下瘋狂壓榨我國(guó)東北人民直至覆亡的過(guò)程,其實(shí)施過(guò)程體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)東北實(shí)際情況與日本侵略者意志之間的動(dòng)態(tài)交互。"總體戰(zhàn)"體制下日本在偽滿洲國(guó)所實(shí)施的政治控制措施,既是其反人類罪行的又一鐵證,也是日本無(wú)視客觀經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律與道義準(zhǔn)則的軍國(guó)主義體制覆亡過(guò)程的縮影與見(jiàn)證。
[Abstract]:In order to regard Northeast China as the overseas base of Japan's theory of aggression and expansion, Japan carried out a comprehensive militaristic transformation of the puppet Manchuria regime according to its "General War" theory. The Japanese authorities' policy of political control has experienced a totalitarian system under the control of the Guandong Army, and then a series of "national defense" policies such as the implementation of the outline of basic State Policy. And finally, under the general mobilization system of "National Defense State", the process of crushing the people of Northeast China to the end of their downfall reflects the dynamic interaction between the actual situation of Northeast China and the will of the Japanese aggressors. " The political control measures implemented by Japan in the puppet Manchukuo under the general war system are not only another irrefutable proof of its crimes against humanity, but also a microcosm and witness of the collapse of Japan's militaristic system, which disregards objective economic laws and moral norms.
