【摘要】：本文從國(guó)民政府蒙藏委員會(huì)駐藏辦事處政務(wù)科科長(zhǎng)戴新三的《拉薩日記》1中,節(jié)選其1943年上半年日記十余篇,進(jìn)行整理并加以注釋,除了希望為相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究提供基礎(chǔ)史料外,也試圖通過(guò)微觀的歷史記載展示歷史的另一面,以及重慶國(guó)民政府及其駐藏官員們?cè)谖鞑厥聞?wù)上的努力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, from Dai Xinsan's Diary of Lhasa, the director of the Administrative Section of the Mongolian and Tibetan Commission Office in Tibet of the National Government of the people's Republic of China, more than ten diaries of his in the first half of 1943 were extracted, sorted out and annotated. In addition to providing basic historical data for the study of related issues, it also attempts to show the other side of history through microscopic historical records, as well as the efforts of the Chongqing National Government and its officials stationed in Tibet affairs.
