【摘要】：新民會(huì)是在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,由日軍和華北偽政權(quán)策劃成立的漢奸政治組織,其理論之反動(dòng),組織之龐大,成員之繁雜,對(duì)日軍侵略幫助、合作之熱心,對(duì)民眾欺騙、麻痹手段之多樣,都是前所未有的。北平新民會(huì)是新民會(huì)在北平地區(qū)的分支機(jī)構(gòu),是日本在侵占北平時(shí)期進(jìn)行思想統(tǒng)治和政治統(tǒng)治的工具。目前,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)北平新民會(huì)進(jìn)行專門研究的成果并不多,所以本文旨在對(duì)北平新民會(huì)由成立到滅亡做一個(gè)完整的論述。 本文分三部分,第一部分分析北平新民會(huì)的成立背景,即新民會(huì)及北平新民會(huì)產(chǎn)生的原因；第二部分主要介紹和論述北平新民會(huì)的發(fā)展過程,包括幾次重大改組,技改組的的原因、結(jié)果等：第三部分是本文的重點(diǎn),論述北平新民會(huì)的主要活動(dòng),包括思想上的宣傳、教化,經(jīng)濟(jì)上的掠奪,政治上的統(tǒng)治和反共活動(dòng)等。最后通過對(duì)北平新民會(huì)的上述論述,進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)其本質(zhì),有利于豐富對(duì)新民會(huì)的認(rèn)識(shí),也利于人們更好的認(rèn)識(shí)這段歷史,正確認(rèn)識(shí)歷史為現(xiàn)實(shí)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the New people's Association was a traitorous political organization planned by the Japanese army and the puppet regime in North China. It was reactionary in theory, huge in organization, complicated in membership, helpful to the Japanese army's aggression, enthusiastic in cooperation and deceived to the public. Paralysis means various, are unprecedented. The Peiping New people's Association is a branch of the New people's Association in Peiping area and a tool for Japanese ideological and political domination during the occupation of Peiping. At present, there are not many achievements in the academic research on the Peiping New people's Association, so this paper aims to make a complete discussion on the Peiping New people's Association from its establishment to its demise. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the background of the establishment of the New people's Association in Peiping, that is, the reasons for the formation of the New people's Association and the New people's Association in Peiping. The second part mainly introduces and discusses the development process of the New people's Association in Peiping, including several major reshuffles. The reasons and results of the technical reform group: the third part is the focus of this paper, including the main activities of the Peiping New people's Association, including ideological propaganda, enlightenment, economic plunder, political rule and anti-Communist activities. Finally, through the above exposition of the Peiping New people's Association, we can further understand its essence, which is beneficial to enrich the understanding of the New people's Association, and also benefit people to better understand the history and correctly understand the history to serve the reality.
