【摘要】：1900年6—8月發(fā)生于北京的圍攻使館之役是義和團(tuán)運(yùn)動(dòng)和八國聯(lián)軍侵華時(shí)期震動(dòng)中外的事件。這一交織著政治、軍事、外交斗爭的復(fù)雜事件,有諸多基本史實(shí)問題像亂絲一樣長期困惑著學(xué)界,亟需縷清。圍攻使館之役的各項(xiàng)重要戰(zhàn)斗是其重要內(nèi)容之一,其中,肅王府防線的戰(zhàn)斗最為激烈,是重中之重。肅王府之戰(zhàn),守方是以日本使館衛(wèi)隊(duì)為主力進(jìn)行的,故本文以中、日、英檔案史料互證,具體探討使館戰(zhàn)守布防、雙方兵力、該役的起始階段、肅王府防線的重要性和肅王府戰(zhàn)斗的狀況,以在更可靠的史料基礎(chǔ)上重建這段歷史。通過細(xì)化圍攻使館事件的關(guān)鍵過程,可以明了榮祿嚴(yán)格遵照慈禧意旨指揮的圍攻使館,并非假攻,而是真打,戰(zhàn)斗異常激烈,但這些戰(zhàn)斗均服從并服務(wù)于慈禧"以戰(zhàn)逼和"的政治決策及其變化,并由此嚴(yán)重影響到清軍進(jìn)攻的路線圖和效率。加之圍攻使館之役具有城市街壘攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的特點(diǎn),清軍不具備這樣的近代軍事素質(zhì),軍紀(jì)、訓(xùn)練差,對先進(jìn)武器掌握差,清軍火炮的種類和性能不利于城市街壘作戰(zhàn),難以發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,遂造成使館久攻不下。
[Abstract]:The siege of the embassy in Beijing in June-August 1900 was an event that shook the Chinese and foreign countries during the Boxer Movement and the invasion of China by the allied forces of eight nations. This complex incident of political, military and diplomatic struggles has many basic historical facts that have puzzled the academic circles for a long time like chaos, and are in urgent need of clarification. One of the most important battles is the siege of the embassy, among which, the battle of the defense line in the palace is the most intense and the most important. The defensive side of the Battle of Su Wang Fu was carried out mainly by the Japanese Embassy Guard. Therefore, this article, based on the historical records of China, Japan and Britain, specifically discusses the military strength of the two sides and the initial stage of this service, based on the historical data of the Chinese, Japanese and British archives. The importance of the defense line and the state of the battle to rebuild the history on the basis of more reliable historical data. Through the elaboration of the key process of the siege of the embassy, it can be understood that the siege that Rong Lu strictly followed Cixi's intention to direct the embassy was not a false attack, but a real attack, and the fighting was extremely fierce. However, these battles served Cixi's political decisions and their changes, which seriously affected the road map and efficiency of the Qing offensive. In addition, the siege of the embassy had the characteristics of urban barricade warfare. The Qing army did not possess such modern military qualities, military discipline, poor training, poor mastery of advanced weapons, and the types and performance of the artillery of the Qing army were not conducive to urban barricade operations. Difficult to give play to their own advantages, resulting in the embassy can not attack for a long time.
