南岳軍事會(huì)議述評

【摘要】：在八年的抗戰(zhàn)歲月里,國民黨曾召開過多次軍事會(huì)議,為國民黨軍隊(duì)進(jìn)行抗日戰(zhàn)爭起到了重要的指導(dǎo)作用。在歷次的軍事會(huì)議中,僅在南岳就曾召開過四次軍事會(huì)議,而其中尤屬第一次南岳軍事會(huì)議最為重要。第一次南岳軍事會(huì)議于1938年底在湖南衡陽召開,正是抗日戰(zhàn)爭由戰(zhàn)略防御階段向戰(zhàn)略相持階段轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期召開,它不但總結(jié)了國民黨前期在正面戰(zhàn)場的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),而且也為第二期的抗戰(zhàn)從軍事上作了較為充分的準(zhǔn)備。充分認(rèn)識敵我友三方面在前期抗戰(zhàn)中依據(jù)戰(zhàn)爭的發(fā)展和在抗戰(zhàn)初期的表現(xiàn),是了解南岳軍事會(huì)議召開的重要前提。在南岳軍事會(huì)議為期四天的時(shí)間里,蔣介石一共做了五次講話,足以證明這次會(huì)議的重要性,同時(shí)在會(huì)議上,依據(jù)前期的作戰(zhàn)情況總結(jié)敵我的得失,并頒布了第二期作戰(zhàn)的戰(zhàn)略方針,會(huì)后根據(jù)會(huì)議精神制定了各種文件,為指導(dǎo)國民黨的抗戰(zhàn)和提高軍隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力,有著很大的幫助作用。南岳軍事會(huì)議是在中日戰(zhàn)爭發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期召開的,對中國的抗日陣營及抗戰(zhàn)策略有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響,會(huì)議除了表明國民黨堅(jiān)持抗戰(zhàn),爭取抗日戰(zhàn)爭最后勝利的決心外,對國共合作和持久抗戰(zhàn)也有著重大影響,同時(shí)這次會(huì)議也存在著一些疑問,即抗日與反共,究竟是哪一種成分更多一些,是值得深入研究的。 本文從三方面論述了第一次南岳軍事會(huì)議在抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期的歷史作用。 首先第一部分,論述了在抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)后的十六個(gè)月里,通過敵我友三方面的交戰(zhàn)情況和各自的發(fā)展變化,揭示南岳軍事會(huì)議召開的背景。 第二部分,主要是以蔣介石在南岳軍事會(huì)議上的五次講話為依據(jù),論述了這次會(huì)議對抗日戰(zhàn)爭前期的總結(jié)和對下一時(shí)期的作戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)略部署,及其會(huì)議的中心議題整軍建軍的內(nèi)容。 最后一部分,是對南岳軍事會(huì)議的評價(jià)及其影響。關(guān)于這次會(huì)議在抗日戰(zhàn)爭中的地位及這次會(huì)議對第二次國共合作和對持久抗戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)略的深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:During the eight years of Anti-Japanese War, the Kuomintang held many military meetings, which played an important guiding role in the War of Resistance against Japan. Four military meetings have been held in Nanyue alone, the first of which is the most important. The first Nanyue military conference was held in Hengyang, Hunan, at the end of 1938. It was the crucial period when the War of Resistance against Japan changed from the strategic defense phase to the strategic stalemate stage. It not only summed up the experience and lessons of the Kuomintang in the front battlefield, And also for the second phase of the War of Resistance from a more military preparation. It is an important prerequisite to understand the Nanyue military conference to fully understand the development of the war and the performance in the early stage of the War of Resistance against Japan. During the four days of the Nanyue military meeting, Jiang Jieshi made five speeches, which proved the importance of the meeting. At the same time, the meeting summarized the gains and losses of the enemy and the enemy according to the previous combat situation. After the meeting, various documents were drawn up in accordance with the spirit of the meeting, which was of great help in guiding the Kuomintang in the war of resistance and in enhancing the combat effectiveness of the army. The Nanyue military meeting was held during the turning point of the Sino-Japanese War, which had a profound impact on China's anti-Japanese camp and strategy. The meeting, apart from demonstrating the Kuomintang's determination to persist in the war of resistance and to win the final victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, It also has a great impact on the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party and the protracted war of resistance. At the same time, there are some doubts at this meeting, that is, which component is more than the other, which is worthy of further study. This paper discusses the historical role of the first Nanyue military Conference in the War of Resistance against Japan. The first part discusses the background of the Nanyue military conference in the sixteen months after the War of Resistance against Japan broke out. The second part, based on Jiang Jieshi's five speeches at the Nanyue military Conference, discusses the summary of the early period of the War of Resistance against Japan and the strategic deployment of the next period, as well as the contents of the conference's central topic, the integration of the army and the building of the army. The last part is the evaluation of Nanyue military meeting and its influence. About the position of this conference in the War of Resistance against Japan and its profound influence on the second KMT-CCP cooperation and on the strategy of enduring anti-Japanese war.
