抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨人的現(xiàn)代化理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化是指工業(yè)革命后人類社會所發(fā)生的一系列深刻的變化，它涉及了人類生產(chǎn)及生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。它既是一場全球性的浪潮，也是世界上所有國家必須走上的發(fā)展過程。因此，實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化同樣是中國社會發(fā)展的主題，是中國共產(chǎn)黨人必須肩負(fù)起的歷史重任。本文以檔案文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ)，在借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上，對抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨人關(guān)于近代中國現(xiàn)代化的理論及其在抗日根據(jù)地進(jìn)行的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了探討。 本文分析了抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨人關(guān)于中國的現(xiàn)代化理論形成的歷史條件。1840年以來近代中國各階級、各階層從器物、政治制度和思想文化等不同層面對中國現(xiàn)代化的出路進(jìn)行了探索，但是始終沒有改變中國的半殖民地半封建的屈辱地位，因此，引領(lǐng)中國走向現(xiàn)代化的良性發(fā)展軌道的任務(wù)歷史地落在了中國共產(chǎn)黨人肩上。而中國共產(chǎn)黨人經(jīng)過大革命和土地革命戰(zhàn)爭的洗禮，逐步走向了成熟�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭是中國近代史上規(guī)模空前的民族性的反侵略戰(zhàn)爭，這場戰(zhàn)爭的國內(nèi)外形勢是相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的，無論國際還是國內(nèi)，都存在著不同的力量和態(tài)度，民族矛盾和階級矛盾交錯在一起，這就為在全國公開活動的中國共產(chǎn)黨駕馭各種復(fù)雜矛盾，探索中國革命道路和社會現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供了前所未有的廣闊的大舞臺。因此，抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期成為中國共產(chǎn)黨人探索中國自己的現(xiàn)代化道路的重要時(shí)期。 中國共產(chǎn)黨人提出了關(guān)于近代中國現(xiàn)代化的獨(dú)特理論即通過革命的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)國家的獨(dú)立和人民的解放是中國走向現(xiàn)代化道路的前提，近代中國的國情決定中國的現(xiàn)代化必須經(jīng)新民主主義到社會主義，并提出了引領(lǐng)中國走向現(xiàn)代化的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化綱領(lǐng)，只有徹底地砸碎畸形的舊的社會統(tǒng)治階級對被統(tǒng)治階級的超經(jīng)濟(jì)奴役，破除傳統(tǒng)社會的兩極結(jié)構(gòu)，建立起全新的人人平等的社會結(jié)構(gòu)，才能真正推動中國的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。 中國共產(chǎn)黨人在探討關(guān)于中國的現(xiàn)代化的理論的同時(shí)，還在抗日根據(jù)地進(jìn)行了多層面的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)實(shí)踐�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨人在根據(jù)地的現(xiàn)代化實(shí)踐，使抗日根據(jù)地發(fā)生了重大變革，現(xiàn)代化因子迅速生長。民主政權(quán)建設(shè)改變了近代以來中國社會政府與人民的對立、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代斷裂的狀況，肯定了人民的民主權(quán)利；經(jīng)濟(jì)方面通過減租減息來調(diào)整兩大對立階級的關(guān)系，將農(nóng)民從封建依附制度和等級身份制度中解放出來；通過新民主主義文化體系的建立和對根據(jù)地人民的反封建民主教育，進(jìn)一步破除了封建思想的束縛。 抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨人關(guān)于中國現(xiàn)代化的理論探索和在抗日根據(jù)地進(jìn)行的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)實(shí)踐獨(dú)具特點(diǎn)和意義。其特點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在理論與實(shí)踐的相互促進(jìn)、革命與現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一和注重人的現(xiàn)代化等方面，并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡釋了近代中國走上現(xiàn)代化的良性發(fā)展軌道所具有的意義，回答中國發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的道路取向問題，“革命救國”是中國走上現(xiàn)代化的前提，標(biāo)志著中國找到了走向自主現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展道路，有助于現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的全新社會架構(gòu)的建立，開辟了中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的新模式。 總之，抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨人的現(xiàn)代化理論與實(shí)踐，是中國共產(chǎn)黨人關(guān)于近代中國的現(xiàn)代化理論形成的重要階段，從中國現(xiàn)代化的整體進(jìn)程上講，為中國最終完成向社會主義現(xiàn)代化的轉(zhuǎn)型奠定了重要基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Modernization refers to a series of profound changes in human society after the industrial revolution. It involves all fields of human production and life. It is not only a global wave, but also the development process of all countries in the world. Therefore, the realization of modernization is the same as the theme of the development of China's society and the Chinese Communists. On the basis of archival documents and on the basis of the existing research achievements in academic circles, this paper discusses the Chinese Communists' theory of modern China's modernization in the period of Anti Japanese War and the practice of modernization in the Anti Japanese base area.
This paper analyzes the historical conditions for the formation of the Chinese Communist Party's theory of modernization in the period of the war of resistance against the war of resistance to war.1840, which has been explored from various levels of utensils, political systems and ideological and cultural strata in various classes since the year of the Chinese Communist Party. But it has never changed the semi colonial and semi feudal humiliation of China. As a result, the task of leading China towards a good track of modernization has fallen on the shoulders of the Chinese Communists. The Chinese Communists are gradually becoming mature through the baptism of the great revolution and the revolutionary war of the land. This provides an unprecedented and broad stage for the Communist Party of China to control various complex contradictions and explore the road of Chinese revolution and the construction of social present generation. Therefore, during the war of resistance against Japan, it became an important period for the Chinese Communists to explore the road of China's own modernization.
The Chinese Communists have put forward a unique theory about modern China modernization, that is, the realization of the independence of the country and the liberation of the people through revolutionary ways is the prerequisite for China to move towards the road of modernization. The political, economic and cultural programs only thoroughly smash the old social ruling class to enslaved the super economy of the ruling class, break the dual structure of the traditional society and establish a new and equal social structure, so as to truly promote the process of China's modernization.
While discussing the theory of China's modernization, the Chinese Communists have carried out the practice of multifaceted modernization in the Anti Japanese base areas. The Chinese Communists in the Anti Japanese war have made great changes in the Anti Japanese base areas, and the modernized factors have grown rapidly. The construction of democratic political power has changed close. The opposition of Chinese social government and the people, the state of tradition and the modern fracture, affirmed the democratic rights of the people, and adjusted the relations between the two opposing classes by reducing rent and interest, and liberated the peasants from the system of feudal attachment and rank identity, and through the establishment and the root of the new democratic culture system. According to the anti feudal and democratic education of the local people, the bondage of feudal thought was further eliminated.
The theoretical exploration of the Chinese Communists on the modernization of China during the Anti Japanese War and the practice of modernization in the Anti Japanese base areas have unique characteristics and significance. Their characteristics are mainly reflected in the mutual promotion of theory and practice, the internal unity of revolution and modernization, and the emphasis on the present generation of human beings. On behalf of China, it is of great significance to take China's modernized track of development and answer the problem of road orientation in the course of China's development. "Revolution and saving the country" is the premise of China's modernization. It marks China's path to the development of its own modernization and the establishment of a new social framework for modern development, which has opened up China. A new model of the development of the generation.
In a word, the theory and practice of the modernization of the Chinese Communists during the war of resistance against Japan are the important stage of the formation of modern China's modernization theory by the Chinese Communists. From the whole process of China's modernization, it has laid an important foundation for the final completion of the transformation of China to the socialist modernization.
