【摘要】：霆軍是湘系軍事集團(tuán)中的精銳之一,在鎮(zhèn)壓太平天國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中發(fā)揮了重要作用。太平天國(guó)滅亡后,該軍奉詔參與圍剿東捻軍,并挽救淮系銘軍于覆亡之中。但鮑超、劉銘傳二人間的矛盾卻在擊敗東捻主力后驟然激化,湘、淮集團(tuán)間矛盾表面化。因湘、淮系濃厚的各將各私其軍的特點(diǎn),將領(lǐng)間的私人恩怨演變?yōu)榕上抵疇?zhēng),清廷則利用這種矛盾,削弱湘系軍事勢(shì)力。霆軍的裁撤亦反映出清政府政策重點(diǎn)已從軍事問題轉(zhuǎn)移到如何穩(wěn)定剛剛重建的統(tǒng)治秩序上來。
[Abstract]:As one of the best military groups in Hunan Province, Ting Jun played an important role in suppressing the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement. After the end of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, the army participated in encirclement and suppression of the Eastern Twist Army, and saved the Huai Ming Army in the fall. However, the contradiction between Bao Chao and Liu Mingchuan suddenly intensified after defeating the main force of the east twist, and the contradiction between Hunan and Huai groups became superficial. Because of the strong characteristics of Hunan and Huai, the private enmity between generals evolved into factional strife, and the Qing Dynasty took advantage of this contradiction to weaken the military forces of Hunan. The abolition of the army also reflects the shift of the Qing government's policy emphasis from military issues to how to stabilize the newly re-established ruling order.
