【摘要】:目前學(xué)術(shù)界,對民國時期重慶地區(qū)銀行研究較為薄弱。本文以四川美豐銀行為研究對象,通過對重慶市檔案館館藏四川美豐銀行檔案和康心如回憶錄,以及民國時期有關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)類文獻(xiàn)、報紙等原始資料的分析梳理,希望對民國時期重慶地區(qū)銀行的研究有所貢獻(xiàn)。 四川美豐銀行從1922年到1950年共經(jīng)營28年,作為民營商業(yè)銀行,其最根本的目的是為了獲取最大利潤。在中美合資時期,四川美豐銀行照搬美國式銀行管理制度,重視“以法治行,以章理行,以心用人,以信待人”的經(jīng)營理念,制度化、人性化的管理為四川美豐銀行的長期發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ),業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營中因地制宜,立足合資銀行性質(zhì),經(jīng)營發(fā)鈔業(yè)務(wù),中西合璧,改善經(jīng)營方式,在重慶金融界站穩(wěn)腳跟。華商獨(dú)資時期,四川美豐銀行在總經(jīng)理康心如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,與軍閥結(jié)盟,為軍閥服務(wù)的同時,受軍閥庇護(hù),享有特權(quán),在政治勢力的蔭蔽下,發(fā)展壯大?箲(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,隨著國內(nèi)形勢的變化,四川美豐銀行積極調(diào)整業(yè)務(wù)重心,適應(yīng)市場形勢,響應(yīng)國家號召,合理運(yùn)營資金,為抗戰(zhàn)大后方的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)起了積極作用。四川美豐銀行的最終停業(yè),既是國民政府各項(xiàng)金融政策和通貨膨脹作用的結(jié)果,也有其經(jīng)營管理不當(dāng)?shù)脑。四川美豐銀行制度的建立,性質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變和業(yè)務(wù)的調(diào)整,適應(yīng)了當(dāng)時國內(nèi)政治形勢的需要,迎合了國內(nèi)市場的需求,體現(xiàn)了民國時期民營商業(yè)銀行的共性。四川美豐銀行的研究,對民國時期西南金融發(fā)展研究具有重要意義。 通過對四川美豐銀行的分析研究得出啟示,銀行的經(jīng)營發(fā)展離不開對金融市場的了解,國內(nèi)政策形勢的把握和自身合理的管理經(jīng)營方法?箲(zhàn)以前,國民政府對西南地區(qū)金融市場管理力度有限,金融市場混亂,私營金融機(jī)構(gòu)利用國家政策間隙獲取利潤,抗戰(zhàn)以后,國民政府內(nèi)遷,適時的管制政策和引導(dǎo),促進(jìn)了大后方金融行業(yè)的規(guī)范化經(jīng)營,但國民政府后期惡性通貨膨脹政策,加速國民政府衰落,部分私營銀行也隨之消亡。在維持市場自由競爭的同時,適度的政府引導(dǎo)有利于國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,如何維持二者之間的平衡,引人深思。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on Chongqing regional banks in the period of the Republic of China is relatively weak in academia. This article takes Sichuan Meifeng Bank as the research object, through the analysis to the Chongqing archives collection Sichuan Meifeng bank archives and Kang Xinru's memoirs, as well as the related economic literature, the newspaper and so on primitive material in the Republic of China period. Hope to contribute to the study of Chongqing regional banks during the Republic of China. Sichuan Meifeng Bank was operated for 28 years from 1922 to 1950. As a private commercial bank, its fundamental purpose is to obtain maximum profit. During the Sino-American joint venture period, Sichuan Meifeng Bank copied the American style bank management system, attached importance to the business philosophy of "rule by law, using rules, employing people with heart, and treating people with faith". The humanized management lays the foundation for the long-term development of Sichuan Meifeng Bank. It bases on the nature of the joint venture bank, manages the banknote issuing business, combines Chinese and western countries, improves the management mode, and stands firmly in the financial circles of Chongqing. Under the leadership of General Manager Kang Xinru, Sichuan Meifeng Bank, under the leadership of General Manager Kang Xinru, allied itself with warlords, served warlords, was sheltered by warlords, enjoyed privileges, and grew stronger under the shadow of political forces. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, with the change of domestic situation, Sichuan Meifeng Bank actively adjusted the center of business, adapted to the market situation, responded to the call of the state, reasonable operation funds, and played a positive role in the economic construction of the rear area of the War of Resistance against Japan. The final closure of Sichuan Meifeng Bank is not only the result of the national government's various financial policies and inflation, but also the reason of its improper management. The establishment of Sichuan Meifeng Bank system, the transformation of its nature and the adjustment of its business have met the needs of the domestic political situation at that time, catered to the needs of the domestic market, and embodied the commonness of the private commercial banks in the period of the Republic of China. The research of Sichuan Meifeng Bank is of great significance to the study of southwest financial development during the Republic of China. Through the analysis and study of Sichuan Meifeng Bank, the author draws the conclusion that the bank's management and development can not be separated from the understanding of the financial market, the grasp of the domestic policy situation and its own reasonable management and management methods. Before the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government had limited management of the financial markets in the southwest region, and the financial markets were chaotic. Private financial institutions made use of the gap between state policies to make profits. After the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government moved inside, timely control policies and guidance. It promotes the standardized management of the financial industry in the rear area, but the hyperinflation policy of the National Government in the late period accelerates the decline of the National Government, and some private banks also die out. While maintaining free market competition, moderate government guidance is conducive to national economic development. How to maintain the balance between the two is thought-provoking.
