抗戰(zhàn)時期天原電化廠研究

【摘要】:為解決天廚味精廠的鹽酸供給問題,吳蘊初等人于1929年在上海創(chuàng)辦天原電化廠,該廠成為國內(nèi)第一家自主生產(chǎn)鹽酸、漂白粉和燒堿的大型民營企業(yè)。歷經(jīng)八年的發(fā)展,至抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前,天原電化廠發(fā)展成為國內(nèi)化學(xué)工業(yè)界的中堅力量?箲(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,吳蘊初以民族利益為重,向國民政府請求將天原電化廠遷入內(nèi)地以謀求新的發(fā)展。起初暫定遷入地點為武漢,但隨著戰(zhàn)事的推進,天原電化廠被迫再次踏上西遷的路途,最終在重慶江北的貓兒石得以重建復(fù)工抗戰(zhàn)時期,天原電化廠歷經(jīng)工廠內(nèi)遷、重建和復(fù)工生產(chǎn)幾個重要階段。面對戰(zhàn)時特殊的發(fā)展環(huán)境,天原電化廠為獲得更好地生存和發(fā)展,努力加強自身經(jīng)營管理。這主要體現(xiàn)在如下幾個方面:完善組織結(jié)構(gòu)、重視管理與技術(shù)人才、加強職工管理、完善職工福利,以及規(guī)范會計制度、采用多種營銷手段等。此外,天原電化廠還多方面地積極尋求相關(guān)政府部門和相關(guān)企業(yè)的支持。天原電化廠在后方發(fā)展的幾年中,取得了顯著的發(fā)展成績。這主要表現(xiàn)在三個方面:第一,產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量的增加;第二,每年均有年度盈余;第三,企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大。雖然天原電化廠取得了顯著的發(fā)展成績,但在發(fā)展過程中仍然存在著一些制約因素。這主要包括三個方面:其一,戰(zhàn)時電力供應(yīng)的不足或停斷,影響天原電化廠正常的生產(chǎn)運轉(zhuǎn);其二,戰(zhàn)時政府實施的統(tǒng)制,限制了天原電化廠符合物價水平的正常價格變動、以及產(chǎn)品的運輸和銷售;其三,戰(zhàn)時的通貨膨脹,特別是1940年后日益嚴重的通貨膨脹,增加了購進電力、改善職工日常生活和籌建宜賓分廠的各項成本。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the supply problem of hydrochloric acid in Tianjiu monosodium glutamate factory, Wu Yunchu and others established Tianyuan electric chemical plant in Shanghai in 1929. The factory became the first large private enterprise to produce hydrochloric acid, bleach powder and caustic soda independently in China. After eight years of development, before the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, Tianyuan Electric Chemical Plant became the backbone of the domestic chemical industry. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, Wu Yunchu put the national interests first and asked the National Government to move the Tianyuan Electric Power Plant to the mainland in order to seek new development. Initially tentatively relocated to Wuhan, but with the advance of the war, Tianyuan Electric Chemical Plant was forced to set foot again on the road to move westward. Finally, during the period of rebuilding and resuming the War of Resistance against Japan in the north of the Yangtze River in Chongqing, Tianyuan Electric Chemical Plant went through the internal relocation of the factory. There are several important stages of rebuilding and resuming production. In the face of the special development environment in wartime, Tianyuan Audio-Chemical Plant makes great efforts to strengthen its management in order to survive and develop better. This is mainly reflected in the following aspects: perfecting the organizational structure, attaching importance to management and technical talents, strengthening the management of staff and workers, perfecting employee welfare, standardizing accounting system, adopting various marketing methods and so on. In addition, Tianyuan Power Plant also actively sought support from relevant government departments and related enterprises. Tianyuan Electric Chemical Plant in the rear of the development of several years, has made remarkable achievements. This is mainly manifested in three aspects: first, the increase of product output; second, the annual surplus; third, the expansion of enterprise scale. Although Tianyuan Electrochemical Plant has made remarkable achievements, there are still some restrictive factors in the development process. This mainly includes three aspects: first, the shortage or stoppage of the power supply during the war affected the normal production and operation of the Tianyuan Electrochemical Plant; and second, the control implemented by the wartime government limited the normal price changes of the Tianyuan Electric Power Plant in line with the price level. Third, the wartime inflation, especially the increasing inflation after 1940, increased the cost of purchasing electricity, improving the daily life of the workers and preparing the Yibin branch plant.
