【摘要】：生育是女性價值的具體體現(xiàn),亦是家庭的基本職能,維系著人類自身繁衍和社會延續(xù)。婦女在生育中扮演著男性不能替代的角色,生育行為直接關(guān)乎其家庭地位,構(gòu)成了婦女生活的重心和主要內(nèi)容。陜甘寧邊區(qū)婦女生育特征為"三低四高",早婚早育、衛(wèi)生觀念、飲食習(xí)慣、流行疫病及舊法接生等因素造成婦嬰疾病與死亡。邊區(qū)政府高度重視婦嬰保健工作,制定政策并通過多種方式宣傳衛(wèi)生知識及推廣新法接生以改善婦女生育條件及解決嬰兒死亡問題。實踐表明,邊區(qū)政府在此方面取得了顯著的成就。
[Abstract]:Fertility is the embodiment of women's value and the basic function of family. Women play an irreplaceable role in fertility. Reproductive behavior directly relates to their family status and constitutes the focus and main content of women's life. The fertility characteristics of women in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region are "three low and four high", early marriage and early childbearing, hygiene concept, eating habits, epidemic diseases and old methods of delivery, and other factors resulting in diseases and deaths of women and infants. The government of the Border region attaches great importance to the work of maternal and infant health care, formulates policies and propagandizes health knowledge through various means and popularizes the new method of delivery in order to improve women's reproductive conditions and solve the problem of infant mortality. Practice shows that the border region government has made remarkable achievements in this respect.
