【摘要】：土地革命戰(zhàn)爭時期,中國共產(chǎn)黨人在全面譯介馬克思主義貨幣學(xué)說的基礎(chǔ)上,將這一學(xué)說應(yīng)用于農(nóng)村革命根據(jù)地的建設(shè),形成了包括實行商品經(jīng)濟、利用貨幣關(guān)系摧毀舊貨幣機構(gòu)和建立新貨幣機構(gòu)、清查舊貨幣和通行新貨幣、獨占貨幣發(fā)行和統(tǒng)一貨幣制度、控制紙幣發(fā)行數(shù)量和保證紙幣流通信用、堅持經(jīng)濟發(fā)行貨幣和積極組織回籠貨幣、努力吸收儲蓄存款和貸款投放生產(chǎn)事業(yè)等一系列思想在內(nèi)的紅色貨幣思想。以紅色貨幣思想為指導(dǎo),中國共產(chǎn)黨人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了第一次大規(guī)模建立貨幣體系的實踐,全面推動了革命戰(zhàn)爭環(huán)境下的農(nóng)村革命根據(jù)地建設(shè),為日后構(gòu)建成熟的貨幣理論體系奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, on the basis of the comprehensive translation and introduction of Marxist monetary theory, the Chinese Communists applied this theory to the construction of rural revolutionary base areas, forming a commodity economy, The use of monetary relations to destroy old monetary institutions and to establish new monetary institutions, to check old currency and new currency, to monopolize the issuance of currency and to unify the monetary system, to control the number of notes issued and to ensure the credit of the currency in circulation. We should persist in the idea of economic issuing money and actively organizing the withdrawal of money, and strive to absorb a series of ideas, such as savings deposits and loans for production, etc. Guided by the idea of red money, the Chinese Communists led the practice of establishing the monetary system on a large scale for the first time, comprehensively promoting the construction of the rural revolutionary base areas under the revolutionary war environment. For the future to build a mature monetary theory system laid a solid foundation.
