【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)初期,面對日軍的瘋狂空襲,國民政府進行了一系列防空布署,一方面在上海、南京、徐州等地配置高射部隊、防空情報所及防空監(jiān)視隊哨等,通過預警和地面截擊,配合國軍、空軍作戰(zhàn);一方面組織了各地的消極防空,通過消防、救護、避難、疏散等手段,將日方空襲造成的損失和損害減小到最低程度。該份史料選自中國第二歷史檔案館所藏檔案,從積極防空、防空情報、消極防空等方面反映了抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后國民政府的防空概況。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, in the face of the Japanese army's frantic air strikes, the National Government carried out a series of air defense deployments. On the one hand, in Shanghai, Nanjing, Xuzhou and other places such as Shanghai, Nanjing and Xuzhou, anti-aircraft troops, air defense intelligence offices and air defense surveillance team posts were deployed through early warning and ground interception. On the one hand, passive air defense was organized around the country to minimize the loss and damage caused by Japanese air strikes by means of fire protection, rescue, shelter, evacuation, and so on. The historical materials are collected from the archives of the second Historical Archives of China, which reflect the general situation of the national government's air defense after the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan from the aspects of active air defense, air defense information, negative air defense, etc.
