【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)期間,在湖北地區(qū)發(fā)生了多次正面戰(zhàn)役。中國(guó)軍隊(duì)由于在軍事素養(yǎng)和武器裝備等方面都與日軍相差巨大,所以,在各大戰(zhàn)役中傷亡慘重。國(guó)民政府在集合全社會(huì)的力量下,對(duì)這些在戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上的受傷和生病的軍人進(jìn)行了積極有為的救助、慰勞。 本文分為五個(gè)部分：第一部通過(guò)對(duì)救助、慰勞相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)(湖北各地抗敵后援會(huì)、傷兵管理處和湖北傷兵之友社)的敘述,揭示了這些機(jī)構(gòu)是國(guó)民政府對(duì)傷病軍人開(kāi)展救助、慰勞的組織基礎(chǔ)。第二部分主要論述了救助、慰勞的經(jīng)費(fèi)籌集的主要三種方式(獻(xiàn)金運(yùn)動(dòng)、會(huì)費(fèi)與社員捐助和公演)。第三部分?jǐn)⑹鑫錆h會(huì)戰(zhàn)期間的各種慰勞活動(dòng)和各界民眾救助、慰勞傷病軍人的情形。第四部分論述了湖北省政府西遷后,鄂西各縣民眾在省政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下義務(wù)運(yùn)送傷病軍人的情形。第五部分?jǐn)⑹隽嗽趥≤娙司戎�、慰勞過(guò)程中所遇到的一系列難題,以及提出了一些解決辦法。 抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期湖北地區(qū)傷病軍人救助、慰勞,為中國(guó)的抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利起到了積極作用。但由于時(shí)代的局限性和國(guó)民政府自身的一些原因,不可避免在救助、慰勞上還存在許多問(wèn)題。本文試圖總結(jié)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的救助、慰勞對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)留下的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, there were many positive battles in Hubei. The Chinese army has suffered heavy casualties in major battles because of its great disparity with the Japanese in terms of military literacy and weaponry. Under the strength of the whole society, the National Government gave active and helpful relief to the wounded and sick soldiers on the battlefield. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, through the narration of the relief, comfort and relief organizations (the Anti-enemy Rescue Association in various parts of Hubei Province, the wounded soldiers Management Office and the Friends of the wounded soldiers Society of Hubei Province), it is revealed that these institutions are the national government to carry out relief to the wounded and wounded servicemen. The organizational basis for comfort. The second part mainly discusses three main ways of raising funds for relief and consolation (donation campaign, membership fee and member donation and public performance). The third part describes all kinds of solace activities and relief for wounded and wounded soldiers in Wuhan. In the fourth part, the author discusses the situation that the people in the counties of the western Hubei province are under the leadership of the provincial government to transport the wounded and sick soldiers under the leadership of the provincial government. The fifth part describes a series of problems encountered in the process of military relief and solace, and puts forward some solutions. During the War of Resistance against Japan, the wounded and wounded soldiers in Hubei region were relieved and comforted, which played a positive role in the victory of China's War of Resistance against Japan. However, due to the limitations of the times and some reasons of the national government itself, there are still many problems in relief and solace. This paper attempts to sum up the relief during the War of Resistance and comfort the valuable experience and lessons left by today's society.
