【摘要】：近代的中國(guó)社會(huì)是一個(gè)風(fēng)起云涌的大變革時(shí)代,在對(duì)中國(guó)未來影響比較深刻的領(lǐng)域變革中,政治體制領(lǐng)域的變革顯得尤為突出,而這一切又是圍繞著憲政運(yùn)動(dòng)展開的。 本文的研究對(duì)象黃群先生作為致力于中國(guó)憲政事業(yè)的一位愛國(guó)人士,一方面他對(duì)中國(guó)的封建專制體制深惡痛絕,在文章中極力鞭笞這種落后的體制,充分顯露出一個(gè)愛國(guó)青年憂國(guó)憂民的激憤之情;另一方面黃群又深受中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的教育和影響,在他身上體現(xiàn)出了中國(guó)社會(huì)急劇變革時(shí)期的知識(shí)分子所共有的時(shí)代烙印和矛盾心理。黃群雖從未對(duì)憲政明確做過理論上的定義,也并非民國(guó)時(shí)期憲政運(yùn)動(dòng)中的領(lǐng)袖人物,但其憲政思想及其實(shí)踐活動(dòng)無疑具有特殊標(biāo)本的代表性意義,同時(shí)有著深刻的社會(huì)文化淵源。 因?yàn)閼椪䦟?shí)踐是黃群一生的閃光點(diǎn),故本文將以此為中心對(duì)黃群的憲政活動(dòng)及有關(guān)的活動(dòng)試著進(jìn)行如下剖析: 引言,簡(jiǎn)要概括目前關(guān)于黃群研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀。說明撰寫本論文的動(dòng)機(jī)和目的及其現(xiàn)實(shí)性意義。 第一部分,主要對(duì)黃群的生平經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理,從多個(gè)方面介紹黃群其人其事,以期對(duì)黃群有一個(gè)較為翔實(shí)的概括。 第二部分,這是本文的重點(diǎn)部分。主要從中國(guó)近代憲政的理論來源、現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)對(duì)黃群憲政思想形成的影響來論述黃群憲政思想及憲政活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)對(duì)黃群憲政建國(guó)理想的實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行論述,在此中間以時(shí)代大背景為烘托,將黃群放入當(dāng)時(shí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)中進(jìn)行研究。 第三部分,透過黃群憲政建國(guó)理想最終無法實(shí)現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)來試著剖析中國(guó)進(jìn)行西方式憲政實(shí)踐失敗的原因。同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)要的把黃群與同時(shí)期的立憲人物進(jìn)行橫向比較,以期對(duì)黃群有更全面生動(dòng)的了解。 結(jié)語,對(duì)黃群在中國(guó)近代憲政思想史上的地位有一個(gè)較為準(zhǔn)確的定位和公允的評(píng)價(jià)。并試述應(yīng)從民國(guó)憲政實(shí)踐中吸取的教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The modern Chinese society is an era of great change, which has a profound impact on the future of China. The reform of the political system is especially prominent, and all of this revolves around the constitutionalism movement. As a patriot devoted to the cause of Chinese constitutionalism, Mr. Huang Qun, the object of this thesis, on the one hand, deeply abhors the feudal autocratic system in China, and in the article vigorously lashes the backward system. On the other hand, Huang Qun is deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture. In his body, the intellectuals in the period of rapid social change in China shared the brand of the times and ambivalence. Although Huang Qun has never clearly defined constitutionalism in theory and is not a leader in the constitutional movement of the Republic of China, his constitutional thought and its practical activities undoubtedly have the representative significance of a special specimen. At the same time, there is a profound social and cultural origin. Because the practice of constitutionalism is the flashpoint of Huang Qun's life, this paper will try to analyze the constitutionalism activities of Huang Qun and related activities as follows: introduction, briefly summarize the current domestic and international situation of Huang Qun research. Explain the motivation and purpose of writing this paper and its realistic significance. In the first part, the author systematically combs the life experience of Huang Qun and introduces Huang Qun from many aspects in order to generalize Huang Qun. The second part, this is the key part of this article. From the theoretical sources of Chinese modern constitutionalism and the influence of reality on the formation of Huang Qun's constitutional thought, this paper discusses the foundation of Huang Qun's constitutionalism thought and constitutionalism activity. At the same time, the author discusses the practice of Huang Qun constitutional ideal, and puts Huang Qun into the reality at that time, based on the background of the times. The third part tries to analyze the reasons for the failure of the western constitutional practice in China through the reality that the ideal of founding the state of constitutionalism of Huang Qun can not be realized. At the same time, this paper briefly compares Huang Qun with the constitutional figures of the same period in order to have a more comprehensive and vivid understanding of Huang Qun. In conclusion, there is an accurate position and fair evaluation of Huang Qun in the history of constitutional thought in modern China. And try to describe the lessons to be learned from the practice of constitutional government in the Republic of China.
