【摘要】：清朝中葉，清廷為了戍邊將一部分達(dá)斡爾兵丁自大大興安嶺以東的布特哈地區(qū)遷至嶺西的呼倫貝爾地區(qū)，后來達(dá)斡爾兵丁被遞回原籍，而以郭、敖、孟氏為主的達(dá)斡爾人留居海拉爾地區(qū)，隨即形成了海拉爾達(dá)斡爾（qailar iyn）這一特殊的群體。海拉爾達(dá)斡爾自形成以來在呼倫貝爾地區(qū)的政治生活中扮演了舉足輕重的角色。尤其在清末、民國時期達(dá)到鼎盛，曾出現(xiàn)了所謂的“達(dá)斡爾政權(quán)”。海拉爾達(dá)斡爾在呼倫貝爾地區(qū)多民族社會中，同各民族休戚與共，吸收了各民族不同的文化，不僅逐漸形成了具有獨(dú)特文化、習(xí)俗與心理特征的群體，且在呼倫貝爾地區(qū)史乃至內(nèi)蒙古近現(xiàn)代史上有著不容忽視的影響。本文主要運(yùn)用檔案文獻(xiàn)、調(diào)查報告、史志資料、文史資料以及口述資料，，結(jié)合歷史學(xué)與社會學(xué)的方法，以海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的活動舞臺——清代以來呼倫貝爾地區(qū)歷史為背景，探討了海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的形成、政治生活、社會生活及其影響。 全文由序言、正文、結(jié)語、參考文獻(xiàn)四部分構(gòu)成。序言中交待了論文選題來源及意義、前人研究狀況、用以研究的相關(guān)史料、研究方法及創(chuàng)新之處。正文由三個部分組成，第一部分為海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的形成，主要介紹了清朝對呼倫貝爾地區(qū)的統(tǒng)治及達(dá)斡爾人的遷徙以及海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的形成。第二部分為海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的近代歷程，探討了海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的任職情況、軍事活動、籌劃并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)呼倫貝爾第一次“獨(dú)立”“自治”、第二次“自治”運(yùn)動、“滿洲國”時期與呼倫貝爾自治政府時期的海拉爾達(dá)斡爾人的舉止。第三部分為海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的社會生活，這里主要探討了海拉爾達(dá)斡爾的社會生產(chǎn)、教育以及生活習(xí)俗等。結(jié)語對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the middle of the Qing Dynasty, in order to defend the border, the Qing government moved some of the Daur soldiers to the Hulunbeir region, east of the Great Xing'an Mountains, to the Hulunbeir region in the western part of the ridges. Later, the Daur soldiers were sent back to their places of origin, and Guo, ao, The Daur mainly lived in Hailar area, and then formed the special group of Hailar Daur Qailar Iyn. Hailar Daur has played an important role in the political life of Hulunbeir since its formation. Especially in the late Qing Dynasty, the period of the Republic of China reached its peak, appeared the so-called "Daur regime." Hailar Daur, in the multi-ethnic society of Hulunbeir region, shared solidarity with various nationalities, absorbed different cultures of different nationalities, and gradually formed a group with unique culture, customs and psychological characteristics. And in the history of Hulunbeir region and Inner Mongolia modern history has not to be ignored. This paper mainly uses archival documents, investigation reports, historical records, literary and historical materials and oral materials, combining the methods of history and sociology, taking Hular Daur's activity stage-the history of Hulunbeir region since the Qing Dynasty as the background. The formation, political life, social life and its influence of Hailar Daur are discussed. The full text consists of four parts: preface, text, conclusion and reference. The preface explains the origin and significance of the topic, the research situation of predecessors, the relevant historical materials, research methods and innovations. The text consists of three parts, the first part is the formation of Hailar Daur, mainly introduced the Qing Dynasty rule over the Hulunbeir region, the migration of the Daur people and the formation of Hailar Daur. The second part is the modern history of Hailar Daur. It discusses Hailar Daur's position, military activities, planning and leading Hulunbeir's first "independence" autonomy "and the second" autonomy "movement. The behavior of the Hailar Daur during the period of Manchukuo and Hulunbeir's autonomous government. The third part is the social life of Hailar Daur, which mainly discusses the social production, education and living customs of Hailar Daur. The conclusion summarizes the full text.
