【摘要】：黔東是一個(gè)典型的少數(shù)民族聚居雜居之地,有土家族、苗族、侗族等二十幾個(gè)少數(shù)民族居住于此。1934年5月,紅三軍輾轉(zhuǎn)千里進(jìn)入黔東開(kāi)辟根據(jù)地。紅軍進(jìn)入黔東之后,以黔東地區(qū)復(fù)雜的自然環(huán)境為依托,以自身的實(shí)際需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以黔東各民族群眾為發(fā)展對(duì)象,創(chuàng)建了包括沿河、印江、德江、松桃、酉陽(yáng)、秀山等縣在內(nèi)的黔東革命根據(jù)地,前后持續(xù)半年之久,縱橫200余里,人口近10萬(wàn)。紅軍在黔東為發(fā)展壯大根據(jù)地,處理好與黔東各民族同胞的關(guān)系,贏得黔東群眾的支持和擁護(hù),不僅恢復(fù)了因“肅反”運(yùn)動(dòng)而解散和破壞的黨團(tuán)組織和政權(quán)建制,還針對(duì)黔東地區(qū)少數(shù)民族聚居的現(xiàn)狀實(shí)施了黨的民族政策和統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作。為了壯大革命力量保護(hù)黔東民眾而進(jìn)行了工農(nóng)武裝建設(shè),還開(kāi)展了土地革命和發(fā)展了工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)來(lái)幫助黔東人民發(fā)展同時(shí)打破敵人的經(jīng)濟(jì)封鎖。黔東蘇區(qū)各項(xiàng)建設(shè)也帶動(dòng)了該地區(qū)教育文化和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生的進(jìn)步,對(duì)黔東社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。本文以土地革命時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的方針政策為理論指導(dǎo),以紅軍長(zhǎng)征前在黔東開(kāi)展的活動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象,以紅軍在黔東發(fā)布的相關(guān)政策文件為切入點(diǎn),試圖對(duì)紅軍在黔東蘇區(qū)所開(kāi)展的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)做一個(gè)全面的、深入的解讀。
[Abstract]:Qiandong is a typical inhabited area of minority nationalities, including Tujia, Miao, Dong, and so on. In May 1934, the Red Army moved thousands of miles into the eastern part of Guizhou to open up bases. After entering eastern Guizhou, the Red Army, relying on the complicated natural environment in the eastern part of Guizhou, taking its own actual needs as the starting point and taking the masses of various nationalities in the eastern part of Guizhou as the object of development, created the river, Indo-River, Dejiang, Songtao and Youyang. Xiushan and other counties in eastern Guizhou revolutionary base areas, before and after a period of six months, more than 200 miles, population of nearly 100000. In order to develop and strengthen the base areas in eastern Guizhou, the Red Army has handled well its relations with the compatriots of all nationalities in eastern Guizhou, won the support and support of the masses in eastern Guizhou, and not only has it restored the party and league organizations and political establishment that have been dissolved and destroyed as a result of the "purge against the enemy" movement. The Party's national policy and United front work have also been implemented in view of the present situation of minority communities in eastern Guizhou. In order to strengthen the revolutionary forces to protect the people of eastern Guizhou, the armed construction of workers and peasants was carried out, and the agrarian revolution and the development of industrial and agricultural production were carried out to help the people of eastern Guizhou develop and break the enemy's economic blockade. The construction of the Eastern Guizhou Soviet region has also promoted the progress of education culture and health care in the region and has had an important impact on the society in the eastern part of Guizhou Province. Under the guidance of the principles and policies of the Communist Party of China during the Agrarian Revolution, this paper takes the activities carried out in eastern Guizhou before the long March of the Red Army as the research object and the relevant policy documents issued by the Red Army in the eastern part of Guizhou as the breakthrough point. This paper attempts to make a comprehensive and thorough interpretation of the activities carried out by the Red Army in the Eastern Guizhou and Soviet areas.
