【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,甘肅高等教育借助西部開發(fā)的浪潮和高校內(nèi)遷的外在優(yōu)勢(shì),在戰(zhàn)火中獲得了更多生存和發(fā)展的希冀。這一時(shí)期,甘肅學(xué)院通過由"省立"改為"國立"進(jìn)行了有益調(diào)適,并在教育經(jīng)費(fèi)、師資改善、學(xué)生管理等方面有較大的進(jìn)步。國立西北師范學(xué)院"移植"到蘭州后,不斷孵化成長,在校風(fēng)建設(shè)、學(xué)科力量、研究生教育和社會(huì)服務(wù)等方面具有開拓性的進(jìn)展。這兩所院校在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的迅速發(fā)展主要得益于甘肅較為安定的環(huán)境和國民政府的政策支持,成為甘肅高等教育整合的兩大關(guān)鍵力量,整合后的甘肅高等教育的整體水平有所提升,成為推動(dòng)甘肅地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中最為關(guān)鍵的砝碼。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, Gansu higher education gained more hope for survival and development in the war with the help of the tide of western development and the external advantages of internal migration of colleges and universities. During this period, the Gansu College made a beneficial adjustment from "provincial" to "national", and made great progress in education funds, teacher improvement, student management and so on. After "transplanting" to Lanzhou, the National Northwest normal College has been incubating and growing, and has made pioneering progress in the construction of school ethos, discipline power, graduate education and social service. The rapid development of these two colleges and universities during the Anti-Japanese War mainly benefited from the relatively stable environment in Gansu and the policy support of the National Government, and became two key forces in the integration of higher education in Gansu. After integration, the overall level of higher education in Gansu has been improved and become the most critical weight in the process of promoting the modernization of Gansu.
