【摘要】：王化云(1908-1992)是新中國(guó)成立以來的第一任黃河水利委員會(huì)主任,是人民治黃事業(yè)的先驅(qū)者和探索者。在王化云40多年的治黃生涯中,他勤于學(xué)習(xí)和總結(jié),勇于探索和實(shí)踐,由一名非專業(yè)工程技術(shù)人員成長(zhǎng)為一名當(dāng)之無(wú)愧的治黃專家,形成了一套自己的治黃理念。本文在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用歷史唯物主義的理論和方法,通過論述王化云在黃河治本之策上的艱辛探索,總結(jié)其取得成就的原因,進(jìn)而從王化云的治河歷程來展現(xiàn)新中國(guó)半個(gè)世紀(jì)來治理黃河波瀾壯闊的歷史。
[Abstract]:Wang Huayun (1908-1992) was the first director of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission since the founding of New China. In Wang Huayun's more than 40 years' yellow control career, he studied and summarized diligently, dared to explore and practice, grew from a non-professional engineering and technical personnel to a worthy yellow control expert, formed a set of his own yellow control concept. On the basis of previous studies, this paper, by using the theory and method of historical materialism, discusses Wang Huayun's painstaking exploration in the strategy of controlling the root cause of the Yellow River, and summarizes the reasons for its achievements. Then, from Wang Huayun's course of river control, it shows the magnificent history of controlling the Yellow River in the past half century in New China.
