【摘要】： “群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)”是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在一定歷史時(shí)期貫徹群眾路線的重要形式之一,是指有廣大群眾參加的、有明確價(jià)值取向的、有強(qiáng)烈政治性的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),具體包括農(nóng)民運(yùn)動(dòng)、青年運(yùn)動(dòng)、婦女運(yùn)動(dòng)、文化教育運(yùn)動(dòng)等。在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中,晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)充分發(fā)動(dòng)群眾,開(kāi)展了轟轟烈烈的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng),在鞏固發(fā)展自身的同時(shí),也為抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝利做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。全文共分六章。第一章主要是對(duì)晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)的成立和發(fā)展進(jìn)行一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的概括,從而對(duì)本文的研究地域和時(shí)間范圍進(jìn)行一個(gè)明確界定。 第二章主要是對(duì)晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)的農(nóng)民運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述。包括農(nóng)民武裝運(yùn)動(dòng)、改造村政權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)三大運(yùn)動(dòng),其中農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)又涵括了減租減息運(yùn)動(dòng)、農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)、農(nóng)業(yè)互助合作運(yùn)動(dòng)和大生產(chǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)通過(guò)上述三大運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,有力打擊了日本帝國(guó)主義的進(jìn)攻,壯大了抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線,改善了群眾生活,發(fā)展鞏固了抗日根據(jù)地。 第三章主要論述了晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)青年運(yùn)動(dòng)和兒童團(tuán)的發(fā)展概況。晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的青年運(yùn)動(dòng)主要經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段。1937年7月—1938年是青年運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)起階段;1939年-1941年是青年運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展階段;1942年-1945年是青年運(yùn)動(dòng)的深入階段。青年群眾主要包括知識(shí)分子、學(xué)生和工農(nóng)青年,在邊區(qū)政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,充分發(fā)揮先鋒骨干作用,為堅(jiān)持抗戰(zhàn)、鞏固發(fā)展邊區(qū)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。兒童團(tuán)作為群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)的一支活躍力量,在堅(jiān)持?jǐn)澈罂箲?zhàn)和根據(jù)地建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。 第四章主要論述了晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)的婦女運(yùn)動(dòng)。晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)的婦女群眾在邊區(qū)政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,圍繞抗戰(zhàn),積極生產(chǎn),參與邊區(qū)建設(shè),為堅(jiān)持抗日做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),走出了一條自我解放的路子。 第五章主要論述了晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)的文化教育運(yùn)動(dòng),包括學(xué)校教育、社會(huì)教育、干部教育以及農(nóng)村戲劇運(yùn)動(dòng)四大部分,通過(guò)文化教育運(yùn)動(dòng)培養(yǎng)了抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中急需的干部,提高了廣大人民群眾的抗日覺(jué)悟與文化水平,從而進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)的深入開(kāi)展。 第六章主要是對(duì)晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)的歷史作用進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展對(duì)邊區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)面貌都產(chǎn)生了深刻影響,主要表現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的變化、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù)和發(fā)展、貧雇農(nóng)開(kāi)始掌握鄉(xiāng)村政權(quán)以及社會(huì)面貌的變遷等方面。同時(shí)晉冀魯豫邊區(qū)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期轟轟烈烈的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中有著極其重要的歷史意義,它所形成的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)在后來(lái)的解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期得到延續(xù)發(fā)展,為建國(guó)后的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn),但在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)時(shí)期,中共由于過(guò)分迷信群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)也給黨和國(guó)家?guī)?lái)嚴(yán)重的消極后果。
[Abstract]:The "mass movement" is one of the important forms for the Communist Party of China to carry out the mass line in a certain historical period. It refers to social practice activities involving the broad masses, with a clear value orientation, and with a strong political nature, including the peasant movement. Youth movement, women's movement, cultural and educational movement, etc. In the War of Resistance against Japan, the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border region fully mobilized the masses and launched a vigorous mass movement, which, while consolidating and developing itself, also made a major contribution to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is a brief summary of the establishment and development of Shanxi-Hebei-Shanxi-Shanghuan-Henan Border region, so as to clearly define the research area and time range of this paper. The second chapter mainly discusses the development of peasant movement in Shanghi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border region. It includes the peasant armed movement, the reform of the village political power movement and the rural economic construction movement, in which the rural economic construction movement includes the rent and interest reduction movement, the agricultural construction movement, the agricultural mutual aid and cooperation movement and the large-scale production movement. Through the development of the above three movements, the Shanxi-Hebei-Shanghi-Henan Border region has been able to strike at the attack of Japanese imperialism, to strengthen the anti-Japanese national United front, to improve the life of the masses, and to develop and consolidate the anti-Japanese base areas. The third chapter mainly discusses the development of youth movement and children's regiment in Shanghi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border region. The youth movement in the period of the Anti-Japanese War in Shanxi-Hebei-Shanghi-Henan Border region mainly experienced three stages. July 1937 to 1938 was the initiation stage of the youth movement; 1939 to 1941 was the development stage of the youth movement; and 1942 to 1945 was the deep stage of the youth movement. The young masses mainly include intellectuals, students and young workers and peasants. Under the leadership of the government of the Border region, they have fully brought into play the leading role of the vanguard and made important contributions to the adherence to the War of Resistance against Japan and the consolidation and development of the Border region. As an active force in the mass movement, the Children's League played an important role in persisting in the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines and the construction of base areas. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the women's movement in Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan border areas. Under the leadership of the border region government, the women masses of Shanxi-Hebei-Shanghi-Henan Border region, around the War of Resistance against Japan, actively produced and participated in the construction of the Border region, made great contributions to adhere to the resistance against Japan, and took a path of self-emancipation. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the cultural and educational movements in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shanxi-Henan Border region, including school education, social education, cadre education and the rural drama movement. Through the cultural and educational movement, the cadres in urgent need in the War of Resistance against Japan were trained. Raised the broad masses anti-Japanese consciousness and the cultural level, thus further promoted the mass movement the thorough development. The sixth chapter mainly evaluates the historical function of the mass movement in Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border region. The development of the mass movement has had a profound impact on the political, economic and social outlook of the border region, mainly reflected in the changes in the rural economic relations, the restoration and development of the rural economy, Poor farmers began to grasp the rural regime and the changes in the social outlook and so on. At the same time, the vigorous mass movement during the Anti-Japanese War in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shanxi-Henan Border region had extremely important historical significance in the War of Resistance against Japan, and the historical experience it formed was continued and developed during the later period of the Liberation War. It provided experience for the mass movement after the founding of the people's Republic of China, but in the period of socialist construction, the Communist Party of China also had serious negative consequences for the Party and the country because of its excessive superstition of the mass movement.
