【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,拉鐵摩爾主要有三次重要的來華活動(dòng)。1937年6月21日至6月24日訪問延安;1941年7月1日至1942年11月17日為蔣介石的私人政治顧問;1944年6月隨華萊士使團(tuán)訪問中國。本文主要就拉鐵摩爾在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的這三次重要的在華活動(dòng)展開論述,試圖從拉鐵摩爾來華的原因,在華的活動(dòng)等方面入手,探討拉鐵摩爾在華活動(dòng)對(duì)中國抗日戰(zhàn)爭和中美關(guān)系帶來的深遠(yuǎn)影響。拉鐵摩爾作為美國著名的“中國通”,不僅在中國邊疆問題的研究上造詣很深,而且在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期發(fā)揮了重要作用。尤其在作蔣介石的政治顧問期間,對(duì)國民政府正確認(rèn)識(shí)國際形勢(shì)、制定正確的外交政策起到重要作用;在華萊士訪華活動(dòng)中成功地勸解蔣介石同意派出美軍觀察組到延安,對(duì)協(xié)調(diào)中美關(guān)系和國共合作一致抗日起到積極作用。學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)他在抗戰(zhàn)中的作用和影響闡述較少,筆者想通過這一問題的研究,使人們對(duì)拉鐵摩爾有一個(gè)全面準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)識(shí)。本文主要圍繞三個(gè)問題展開研究,具體如下:第一,歐文·拉鐵摩爾來華的原因。一方面從拉鐵摩爾來華的主觀因素方面著手;另一方面從羅斯福派拉鐵摩爾來華的幾個(gè)因素去論述。正是因?yàn)槔F摩爾會(huì)漢語,對(duì)中國文化的造詣很深,加上他1937年的延安行和對(duì)國共統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的認(rèn)同,羅斯福決定派遣他擔(dān)任蔣介石的政治顧問,希望他幫助蔣介石推進(jìn)改革,建立與美國的友好關(guān)系。第二,闡述歐文·拉鐵摩爾在華的活動(dòng)情況。主要選取他來華的三個(gè)重要時(shí)間段展開。通過抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期三次來華活動(dòng)探究,可以看出拉鐵摩爾對(duì)中國的了解在不斷加深,他在中美關(guān)系之間發(fā)揮的橋梁作用。第三,探究拉鐵摩爾在華經(jīng)歷的深遠(yuǎn)影響。拉鐵摩爾在中國抗日戰(zhàn)爭中始終以維護(hù)中國統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線為宗旨,充當(dāng)國共兩黨的協(xié)調(diào)人,分析抗戰(zhàn)局勢(shì),使中國制定正確的抗戰(zhàn)方針。拉鐵摩爾的中國情結(jié)和對(duì)中國的研究,奠定了他用中國人的眼光分析國際局勢(shì),尤其在作蔣介石的政治顧問期間發(fā)揮了重要作用。另外,拉鐵摩爾還與華盛頓政府積極磋商有關(guān)中國問題,如蘇聯(lián)補(bǔ)給線路問題、中國加入太平洋聯(lián)防會(huì)議等,一定程度上維護(hù)了中國在亞洲的權(quán)益。他充當(dāng)了中美之間溝通和聯(lián)系重要渠道,很好地完成了自己的在華任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, Lattimore mainly had three important activities in China. He visited Yanan from June 21 to June 24, 1937, served as a private political adviser to Jiang Jieshi from July 1, 1941 to November 17, 1942, and visited China with Wallace mission in June 1944. This paper mainly discusses the three important activities of Lattimore in China during the War of Resistance against Japan, and attempts to start with the reasons for Lattimore's coming to China, the activities in China, and so on. This paper discusses the profound influence of Lattimore activities in China on the War of Resistance against Japan and the relationship between China and the United States. As a famous American "China hand", Lattimore not only had deep attainments in the study of China's frontier problems, but also played an important role in the Anti-Japanese War. Especially during his time as a political adviser to the Jiang Jieshi, he played an important role in the National Government's correct understanding of the international situation and in formulating a correct foreign policy. During Wallace's visit to China, he successfully persuaded Jiang Jieshi to agree to send a US military observation team to Yan'an. It will play a positive role in coordinating Sino-American relations and cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China. The academic circles expound little on his role and influence in the War of Resistance against Japan. The author wants to make people have a comprehensive and accurate understanding of Lattimore through the study of this problem. This paper mainly focuses on three issues, as follows: first, the reason why Owen Lattimore came to China. On the one hand, from the subjective factors of Lattimore to China, on the other hand, from Rosforademore's several factors in China to discuss. It is precisely because Lattimore speaks Chinese and has a deep knowledge of Chinese culture, plus his 1937 Yan'an trip and his recognition of the Kuomintang and Communist Party United front, Roosevelt decided to send him to serve as a political adviser to the Jiang Jieshi, hoping that he would help Jiang Jieshi promote reform. Establish friendly relations with the United States. Second, explain the activities of Owen Lattimore in China. It mainly selects three important time periods for his coming to China. Through three trips to China during the War of Resistance against Japan, it can be seen that Lattimore's understanding of China is deepening and his role as a bridge between China and the United States. Third, explore the profound impact of Lattimore experience in China. In China's War of Resistance against Japan, Lattimore always aimed at safeguarding the Chinese United front, acting as the coordinator of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, analyzing the situation of the War of Resistance against Japan, and making China formulate the correct policy of the War of Resistance against Japan. Lattimore's Chinese complex and his study of China have laid the foundation for his analysis of the international situation from the Chinese perspective, especially during his time as a political adviser to Jiang Jieshi. In addition, the Lattimore also actively discussed with the Washington government on China issues, such as the Soviet Union supply routes, China's participation in the Pacific Defense Conference and so on, to a certain extent, to protect China's rights and interests in Asia. He served as an important channel of communication and communication between China and the United States and fulfilled his mission in China.
