【摘要】：民國時期的中德軍事合作，是近年來民國史研究的熱點，在中國近現(xiàn)代軍事史上也占有十分重要的位置。 南京國民政府建立伊始，為了擺脫內(nèi)部分裂割據(jù)和外交孤立的困境，，確立穩(wěn)固的統(tǒng)治，積極著手推動軍隊和國防現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)。德國向來以軍隊訓(xùn)練有素、武器精良著稱于世，于是國民政府試圖通過聘請德籍軍事顧問，并以此為媒介獲取德國政府的軍事經(jīng)濟援助，進而促進中國軍隊現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和國防工業(yè)發(fā)展進步。德國魏瑪政府極力擺脫凡爾賽和約的束縛，其后的希特勒政權(quán)則積極重整軍備謀求擴張，中國市場廣大自然資源豐富，作為軍火武器的銷售地和戰(zhàn)略原料的供應(yīng)地對德國具有極大吸引力，基于雙方各自不同的需要，中德進行了長達十年的軍事合作。本文選取1928至1938年作為研究時間范圍，通過對中德軍事合作從建立到破裂過程的闡述，探討兩國軍事合作的主要內(nèi)容，肯定這些合作改善了中國軍隊的整編、訓(xùn)練和裝備水平，提高了中國國防工業(yè)的建設(shè)水平，最終國家的抗日戰(zhàn)備得到充實。這一歷史事件的得失成敗，對于今天中國國防和軍隊現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)以及國防戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整有著極其豐富的借鑒意義。 本文共分五個部分，第一部分前言闡述選題的價值、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法及創(chuàng)新；第二部分展示中德軍事合作建立的歷史背景；第三部分作為論文的主體，通過敘述中德軍事合作從建立到破裂的過程，著重從德國軍事顧問團、中德軍火貿(mào)易和國防工業(yè)建設(shè)合作三個方面考察中德軍事合作的全貌。第四部分對中德軍事合作做出反思，并探究其對當前國防戰(zhàn)略的啟示；最后結(jié)語部分對全文做出歸納概括和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The Sino-German military cooperation in the period of the Republic of China is a hot topic in the history of the Republic of China in recent years, and also occupies a very important position in the modern military history of China. To establish stable rule and actively promote the modernization of the army and national defense. Germany has always been known for its well-trained and well-armed military, so the national government tried to obtain military economic aid from the German government by hiring German military advisers and using it as a medium. This will further promote the modernization of the Chinese armed forces and the development of the national defense industry. The German Weimar government tried its best to get rid of the bondage of the Versailles peace treaty, and then Hitler's regime actively rearmed and sought expansion, and the Chinese market was rich in natural resources. As the place where arms and weapons are sold and strategic raw materials are supplied, China and Germany have been engaged in military cooperation for ten years based on the different needs of both sides. This paper selects 1928 to 1938 as the time frame of study, through the elaboration of the process of Sino-German military cooperation from establishment to rupture, discusses the main contents of the military cooperation between the two countries, and affirms that these cooperation has improved the level of integration, training and equipment of the Chinese armed forces. The construction level of China's defense industry has been improved, and the country's anti-Japanese war readiness has finally been enriched. The success or failure of this historical event is of great significance for the modernization of China's national defense and army and the adjustment of its national defense strategy. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part of which describes the value of selecting the topic. The second part shows the historical background of the establishment of Sino-German military cooperation. The third part, as the main body of the paper, describes the process of Sino-German military cooperation from establishment to rupture. The military cooperation between China and Germany is studied from three aspects: German military advisory group, Sino-German arms trade and defense industry construction. The fourth part reflects on the Sino-German military cooperation and explores its enlightenment to the current national defense strategy.
