【摘要】：岑春煊作為清末重臣,對(duì)于清末新政時(shí)期教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用。早在1900年,岑春煊就針對(duì)時(shí)局指出了“雪恥必自光興教育始”的主張。岑春煊認(rèn)為國(guó)富民強(qiáng)的根基在于育才樹人,因而對(duì)興辦教育情有獨(dú)鐘,并大力呼吁國(guó)家最高統(tǒng)治者和地方行政長(zhǎng)官將興辦教育、促進(jìn)西學(xué)、培養(yǎng)人才列為第一要?jiǎng)?wù)。他本人更是言出果行,通過各種措施來積極推行中國(guó)教育的近代化發(fā)展。在整個(gè)清末新政運(yùn)動(dòng)期間,岑春煊依據(jù)中西結(jié)合辦學(xué)理念的辦學(xué)實(shí)踐貫徹到其任職的始終,為官一任、興學(xué)一方,有力地推動(dòng)了山西、四川、兩廣地區(qū)教育近代化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Cen Chunxuan, as an important official in the late Qing Dynasty, played an important role in promoting the development of education in the late Qing Dynasty. As early as 1900, Cen Chunxuan pointed out to the situation that "shames must begin with light education". Cen Chunxuan believes that the foundation of national prosperity and strength lies in the cultivation of talent and the cultivation of people, so he has a special love for the establishment of education, and strongly appeals to the supreme rulers of the state and local administrators to make the establishment of education, the promotion of western learning, and the training of talents as the first priority. He has also made his own efforts to actively promote the modernization of Chinese education through various measures. During the whole New deal Movement in the late Qing Dynasty, Cen Chunxuan carried out his post according to the idea of running a school with the combination of China and the West. He served as one official and set up a school, which promoted the modernization of education in Shanxi, Sichuan, and Guangxi.
