【摘要】：民國時期(1917—1924)的禁煙禁毒運(yùn)動在極其復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外形勢下,在政府、民間禁煙禁毒團(tuán)體和社會各界民眾的共同努力下取得了一定的成就,這在中國的禁煙禁毒史上作出了難以估量的貢獻(xiàn)和占有舉足輕重的地位。本文以1917—1924年期間長沙《大公報》相關(guān)的禁煙禁毒輿論宣傳為研究的主要素材,透過長沙《大公報》的新聞報道視角和詳實(shí)的文字記載,論列了幾項(xiàng)在禁煙禁毒輿論宣傳方面內(nèi)容:從《大公報》的宣傳報道中看煙毒之危害;《大公報》對官方禁煙禁毒運(yùn)動的宣傳報道;《大公報》對所關(guān)注民間禁煙禁毒團(tuán)體的報道;《大公報》對重大禁煙禁毒事件的報道及輿論影響;對《大公報》禁煙禁毒輿論宣傳的評價。通過這些輿論宣傳報道,再現(xiàn)煙毒給近代中國所造成深重災(zāi)難,以及中國政府、人民在禁煙禁毒道路上所經(jīng)歷的曲折歷程和所取得的偉大成就,總結(jié)出以長沙《大公報》為代表的近代新聞報刊在禁煙禁毒輿論宣傳和監(jiān)督方面所發(fā)揮的作用以及民國時期(1917-1924)禁煙禁毒運(yùn)動所呈現(xiàn)出來的新形勢和新特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The anti-smoking campaign during the Republic of China (1917-1924) made some achievements under the extremely complicated domestic and international situation, the joint efforts of the government, the folk anti-smoking anti-drug organizations and the people of all walks of life. This has made inestimable contributions and played a pivotal role in the history of anti-smoking and anti-drug control in China. This paper takes the propaganda of anti-smoking and anti-drug in Changsha between 1917-1924 as the main material, through the angle of news report and detailed written records of Changsha Ta Kung Pao. On several aspects of propaganda of anti-smoking and anti-drug public opinion: viewing the harm of tobacco from the propaganda report of "Ta Kung Pao"; the propaganda report of "Ta Kung Pao" on the official anti-smoking and anti-drug campaign; and the "Ta Kung Pao" on the concerned folk anti-smoking prohibition The report of drug organizations, the report of "Ta Kung Pao" on the major anti-smoking and anti-drug incidents and the influence of public opinion; The appraisal of the propaganda of the anti-smoking and anti-drug public opinion in Ta Kung Pao. Through these publicity and reports of public opinion, we can recreate the profound disaster caused by tobacco poisoning in modern China, as well as the tortuous course and great achievements that the Chinese government and people have experienced on the road of anti-smoking and anti-drug control. This paper summarizes the role of modern news and periodicals, represented by Changsha Ta Kung Pao, in the propaganda and supervision of anti-smoking and anti-drug public opinion, and the new situation and characteristics of the anti-smoking and anti-drug campaign in the period of the Republic of China (1917-1924).
