【摘要】：本文主要研究劉國鈞的實業(yè)思想與實踐。作為著名的民族資本家、企業(yè)家,劉國鈞在經濟方面建樹頗多,其實業(yè)思想既是其主要的思想,也是世人關注較多的領域。對此進行研究,既是研究劉國鈞個人的需要,也是研究民國經濟以及新中國初期經濟的需要。 圍繞這一主題,本文主要分兩個階段展開： 一是民國時期的實業(yè)思想與實踐,重點研究他如何創(chuàng)業(yè)起家,造就其在紡織界的傳奇。劉國鈞在民國時期苦心經營,經歷了聚沙成塔的初級積累、由商轉工的跨越發(fā)展,并且深受實業(yè)救國思想的影響,心系國家,胸懷天下,提出自己“紡織救國"的方案。這一時期的劉國鈞是民族資本家由小到大的典型。該時期以經濟運作為主,從中略窺劉國鈞高超的經營理念、管理才能。 二是解放以后的實業(yè)思想與實踐。新中國成立之后,劉國鈞積極響應中國共產黨的號召,投身社會主義,其實業(yè)思想與社會主義經濟特別是當時的計劃經濟緊緊相連。這一時期大陸制度變革、各種運動迭起,劉國鈞的實業(yè)思想因此滲入了大量的政治因素。對此的研究,可以反映出在中國劇變的歷史關頭,劉國鈞作為民族資本家如何與時俱進,完成其個人由舊時期到新時代的偉大轉變。 前后兩個社會性質截然不同的時代,為劉國鈞實業(yè)思想與實踐提供了條件,也提出了挑戰(zhàn)。劉國鈞把握住局勢脈搏,功成于風云詭譎,名就于時代新顏。劉國鈞的一生,是民族資產階級在時代大潮中發(fā)展壯大、沉浮顛簸的縮影。
[Abstract]:This article mainly studies Liu Guojun's industrial thought and practice. As a famous national capitalist and entrepreneur, Liu Guojun has made a lot of achievements in economy. In fact, the thought of industry is not only his main thought, but also the field that the world pays more attention to. This research is not only the need of studying Liu Guojun's personal needs, but also the need of studying the economy of the Republic of China and the early economy of New China. Around this theme, this paper is mainly divided into two stages: first, the industrial thought and practice of the Republic of China period. He focuses on how to start a business and create his legend in the textile industry. Liu Guojun managed painstakingly in the period of the Republic of China, experienced the primary accumulation of gathering sand into a tower, the leapfrogging development from business to industry, and was deeply influenced by the idea of saving the country by industry. Liu Guojun in this period is a typical national capitalist from small to large. In this period, economic operation is the main part, from which Liu Guojun's excellent management idea and management ability are briefly studied. Second, the industrial thought and practice after liberation. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Liu Guojun responded positively to the call of the Communist Party of China and threw himself into socialism. In fact, the thought of industry was closely linked to the socialist economy, especially the planned economy at that time. In this period, the system of the mainland changed and various movements began, so Liu Guojun's industrial thought infiltrated a large number of political factors. This study can reflect how Liu Guojun, as a national capitalist, kept pace with the times at the historical juncture of the dramatic changes in China and completed the great transformation of his individual from the old period to the new era. For Liu Guojun industrial thought and practice provided the condition, also proposed the challenge. Liu Guojun grasp the pulse of the situation, success in the wind and treacherous, the name of the new era. Liu Guojun's life was a microcosm of the national bourgeoisie in the tide of the times.
