【摘要】：自偽滿洲國(guó)1932年成立開(kāi)始,日本帝國(guó)主義就用暴力強(qiáng)制維持其所得的經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)益,把東北經(jīng)濟(jì)置于關(guān)東軍的武力控制之下進(jìn)行掠奪,以達(dá)到為侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)服務(wù)的目的。中國(guó)東北地區(qū)以農(nóng)業(yè)為主,農(nóng)業(yè)是最基本的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén),而農(nóng)產(chǎn)品則是東北最主要的物資,所以日本帝國(guó)主義為滿足侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的需要,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行瘋狂的掠奪。特別是在偽滿后期,日本帝國(guó)主義將東北作為大東亞共榮圈的糧食基地,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品成為重要掠奪物資,使廣大農(nóng)民遭受到嚴(yán)重的壓榨。在這一時(shí)期,日本帝國(guó)主義對(duì)東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的掠奪達(dá)到歷史上空前的狀態(tài)。日本帝國(guó)主義為了加強(qiáng)對(duì)東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的掠奪,建立了一系列的機(jī)構(gòu)組織,其中1940年成立的偽滿興農(nóng)合作社對(duì)加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的掠奪起到了重要作用。偽滿興農(nóng)合作社是日偽為加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品統(tǒng)制的一個(gè)產(chǎn)物,利于日本帝國(guó)主義對(duì)東北勞動(dòng)力和糧食的掠奪,使廣大農(nóng)民蒙受了巨大的災(zāi)難。本文主要對(duì)偽滿興農(nóng)合作社進(jìn)行分析,揭示日本帝國(guó)主義對(duì)東北農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的掠奪及對(duì)中國(guó)東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的嚴(yán)重破壞,從而揭露出日本帝國(guó)主義的罪惡行徑。 文章正文共分為四個(gè)部分: 第一個(gè)部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的產(chǎn)生。此部分主要介紹了偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的建立及內(nèi)部構(gòu)成。在偽滿后期,戰(zhàn)時(shí)緊急掠奪愈演愈烈,為了加強(qiáng)對(duì)東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的掠奪,日偽政府建立了一系列機(jī)構(gòu)組織。特別是1940年將金融合作社與農(nóng)事合作社合并而成的偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的建立,利于日本帝國(guó)主義對(duì)東北農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的掠奪。偽滿興農(nóng)合作社內(nèi)部構(gòu)成采取三級(jí)制進(jìn)行設(shè)立,分別為興農(nóng)合作社中央會(huì)、興農(nóng)合作社聯(lián)合會(huì)及合作社。 第二個(gè)部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的業(yè)務(wù)范圍。此部分主要介紹了偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的農(nóng)業(yè)統(tǒng)制業(yè)務(wù)、金融業(yè)務(wù)及交易場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)。偽滿興農(nóng)合作社是直接接觸偽滿農(nóng)事的下部組織,雖然打著農(nóng)事共勵(lì)的旗號(hào),但實(shí)質(zhì)則是對(duì)東北農(nóng)民的經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)制。 第三個(gè)部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的掠奪政策。此部分主要介紹了偽滿興農(nóng)合作社掠奪東北農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、搜刮東北資金及交易場(chǎng)內(nèi)所實(shí)施的掠奪政策。日偽統(tǒng)治時(shí)期,偽政府通過(guò)各種政策掠奪東北的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,如在金融方面強(qiáng)制農(nóng)民存款�？梢�(jiàn)偽滿興農(nóng)合作社在日偽掠奪中扮演著極為重要的罪惡角色。 第四個(gè)部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的影響。此部分主要從偽滿興農(nóng)合作社對(duì)東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)及日偽經(jīng)濟(jì)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。日偽當(dāng)局通過(guò)加強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)搜刮來(lái)支持法西斯侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。偽滿后期“殺雞取卵”式的掠奪,破壞了東北的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì),使廣大東北農(nóng)民生活在水生火熱之中。 通過(guò)以上的分析,可以得出這樣的結(jié)論:偽滿時(shí)期所建立的偽滿興農(nóng)合作社遍及于東北各地,是偽政權(quán)壟斷經(jīng)濟(jì)的助手,是搜刮農(nóng)民勞動(dòng)果實(shí)的代理工具。日本帝國(guó)主義通過(guò)偽滿興農(nóng)合作社來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)偽滿農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的控制與掠奪,給東北廣大農(nóng)民帶來(lái)了巨大的災(zāi)難。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the puppet state of Manchuria in 1932, Japanese imperialism has forced the economic rights and interests of its income by force of violence and plundered the northeast economy under the force of the Guandong army to serve the purpose of serving the war of aggression.
