【摘要】：自偽滿洲國1932年成立開始,日本帝國主義就用暴力強制維持其所得的經(jīng)濟權(quán)益,把東北經(jīng)濟置于關(guān)東軍的武力控制之下進行掠奪,以達到為侵略戰(zhàn)爭服務的目的。中國東北地區(qū)以農(nóng)業(yè)為主,農(nóng)業(yè)是最基本的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門,而農(nóng)產(chǎn)品則是東北最主要的物資,所以日本帝國主義為滿足侵略戰(zhàn)爭的需要,對農(nóng)業(yè)進行瘋狂的掠奪。特別是在偽滿后期,日本帝國主義將東北作為大東亞共榮圈的糧食基地,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品成為重要掠奪物資,使廣大農(nóng)民遭受到嚴重的壓榨。在這一時期,日本帝國主義對東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的掠奪達到歷史上空前的狀態(tài)。日本帝國主義為了加強對東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的掠奪,建立了一系列的機構(gòu)組織,其中1940年成立的偽滿興農(nóng)合作社對加強農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的掠奪起到了重要作用。偽滿興農(nóng)合作社是日偽為加強農(nóng)產(chǎn)品統(tǒng)制的一個產(chǎn)物,利于日本帝國主義對東北勞動力和糧食的掠奪,使廣大農(nóng)民蒙受了巨大的災難。本文主要對偽滿興農(nóng)合作社進行分析,揭示日本帝國主義對東北農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的掠奪及對中國東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的嚴重破壞,從而揭露出日本帝國主義的罪惡行徑。 文章正文共分為四個部分: 第一個部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的產(chǎn)生。此部分主要介紹了偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的建立及內(nèi)部構(gòu)成。在偽滿后期,戰(zhàn)時緊急掠奪愈演愈烈,為了加強對東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的掠奪,日偽政府建立了一系列機構(gòu)組織。特別是1940年將金融合作社與農(nóng)事合作社合并而成的偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的建立,利于日本帝國主義對東北農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的掠奪。偽滿興農(nóng)合作社內(nèi)部構(gòu)成采取三級制進行設立,分別為興農(nóng)合作社中央會、興農(nóng)合作社聯(lián)合會及合作社。 第二個部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的業(yè)務范圍。此部分主要介紹了偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的農(nóng)業(yè)統(tǒng)制業(yè)務、金融業(yè)務及交易場業(yè)務。偽滿興農(nóng)合作社是直接接觸偽滿農(nóng)事的下部組織,雖然打著農(nóng)事共勵的旗號,但實質(zhì)則是對東北農(nóng)民的經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)制。 第三個部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的掠奪政策。此部分主要介紹了偽滿興農(nóng)合作社掠奪東北農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、搜刮東北資金及交易場內(nèi)所實施的掠奪政策。日偽統(tǒng)治時期,偽政府通過各種政策掠奪東北的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,如在金融方面強制農(nóng)民存款�？梢妭螡M興農(nóng)合作社在日偽掠奪中扮演著極為重要的罪惡角色。 第四個部分,論述偽滿興農(nóng)合作社的影響。此部分主要從偽滿興農(nóng)合作社對東北農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟及日偽經(jīng)濟兩個方面進行論述。日偽當局通過加強經(jīng)濟搜刮來支持法西斯侵略戰(zhàn)爭。偽滿后期“殺雞取卵”式的掠奪,破壞了東北的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟,使廣大東北農(nóng)民生活在水生火熱之中。 通過以上的分析,可以得出這樣的結(jié)論:偽滿時期所建立的偽滿興農(nóng)合作社遍及于東北各地,是偽政權(quán)壟斷經(jīng)濟的助手,是搜刮農(nóng)民勞動果實的代理工具。日本帝國主義通過偽滿興農(nóng)合作社來實現(xiàn)對偽滿農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的控制與掠奪,給東北廣大農(nóng)民帶來了巨大的災難。
