【摘要】：20世紀(jì)初期,近代天津手工業(yè)中發(fā)生的學(xué)徒潛逃現(xiàn)象比較普遍。近代市場(chǎng)沖擊下學(xué)徒制度的異變是這一現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的制度性因素,其直接原因則大體可分為利益驅(qū)使和躲避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩類。學(xué)徒的大量外逃,給天津手工業(yè)帶來(lái)了難以挽回的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。面對(duì)學(xué)徒潛逃,天津手工業(yè)界主動(dòng)采取措施,但效果并不顯著。傳統(tǒng)的對(duì)學(xué)徒的制度性約束漸趨失效,而公權(quán)力對(duì)學(xué)徒潛逃及追責(zé)的態(tài)度卻十分的謹(jǐn)慎。學(xué)徒潛逃折射出近代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)沖擊下學(xué)徒制度在傳統(tǒng)習(xí)慣與國(guó)家法律或權(quán)力夾縫之中的窘態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In the early 20 th century, apprenticeship absconding was common in modern Tianjin handicraft industry. The variation of apprenticeship system under the impact of modern market is the institutional factor of this phenomenon, and the direct reason can be divided into two types: profit driven and risk avoidance. A large number of apprentices fled, to Tianjin handicraft industry brought irreparable economic losses. In the face of apprenticeship absconding, Tianjin handcraft industry took the initiative to take measures, but the effect is not significant. The traditional institutional restraints on apprenticeship gradually become invalid, but the public power is cautious about the absconding and liability of apprentices. Apprenticeship absconding reflects the dilemma of apprenticeship system between traditional custom and state law or power under the impact of modern market economy.
