【摘要】：受傳統(tǒng)風俗習慣的制約和過高水費的限制,我國自來水的普及率并不高。自來水公司經營方式對于確保自來水質量、提高自來水普及率具有重要影響。自來水公司在創(chuàng)辦初期大都采取商辦的模式,導致出現(xiàn)系列問題。后來收歸官辦,在政府的主持下進行設備革新、業(yè)務改良,使自來水的普及率有了提高,政府開始承擔起保護民眾健康的責任。
[Abstract]:Restricted by traditional customs and too high water charges, the popularization rate of tap water in China is not high. The operation mode of tap water company has important influence on ensuring tap water quality and increasing tap water popularization rate. Water companies in the initial stage of most of the business model, leading to a series of problems. Later, it was taken over to the government, under the auspices of the government, the reform of equipment and business improved the popularity of tap water, and the government began to take responsibility for protecting the health of the people.
