【摘要】：知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)興起于20世紀(jì)50年代中期,牽扯人數(shù)之多——2000多萬①,前所未有;持續(xù)時(shí)間之長——近27年②,前所未有。包含諸多時(shí)代問題的知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)成為歷史上、現(xiàn)實(shí)中最為敏感的話題。對知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究能夠讓我們看到新中國青年奮進(jìn)的身影,能夠讓我們深入了解新中國成長的足跡。此外,今天我們依然面對著大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問題,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的問題,等等。因此,正確認(rèn)識和認(rèn)真總結(jié)歷史上知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),對在新的歷史條件下制定正確的知識分子政策,有效解決當(dāng)前,乃至以后大學(xué)生下鄉(xiāng)就業(yè),都有很好的借鑒意義。本文分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分在整理史料的基礎(chǔ)上厘清知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的演進(jìn)軌跡及特點(diǎn),文章在遵循“文革”歷史大背景的前提下,依據(jù)黨中央、國務(wù)院的文件,以及毛主席的重要指示,將知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)劃分為三個(gè)階段并對各個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié)。 第二部分是在梳理知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展軌跡的基礎(chǔ)上深入探討知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)興起的原因,文章在堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)因?yàn)楦驹虻那疤嵯掠謴囊庾R形態(tài)動(dòng)因和開發(fā)農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定邊疆兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探討。 在對知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)演進(jìn)軌跡和動(dòng)因的總結(jié)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文的第三部分對知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)的困境和成就進(jìn)行了概述,文章認(rèn)為知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)的教訓(xùn)深刻的,但是絕對不能完全否定這場運(yùn)動(dòng),不能完全埋沒廣大知青的歷史貢獻(xiàn)。 第四部分是本文的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn),文章堅(jiān)持以史為鑒的出發(fā)點(diǎn),分別從四個(gè)方面論述了知識青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。
[Abstract]:The movement of intellectual youth to go to the countryside rose in the middle of 1950s, involving more than 20 million people, unprecedented, and lasting for 27 years, unprecedented. The movement of intellectual youth to the countryside, which contains many times problems, has become the most sensitive topic in history and reality. The study on the movement of educated young people to the countryside can let us see the young people of the new China, and let us understand the footprints of the growth of the new China in depth. In addition, today we are still facing the employment of college students, the construction of a new socialist countryside, and so on. Therefore, we should correctly understand and conscientiously sum up the experiences and lessons of intellectual youth going to the countryside in the past, formulate correct intellectual policies under the new historical conditions, and effectively solve the problem of college students going to rural areas for employment at present and even in the future. All have very good reference significance. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part, on the basis of sorting out the historical data, clarifies the evolution track and characteristics of the movement of intellectual youth going to the countryside and mountain. Under the premise of following the historical background of the "Cultural Revolution", the article bases on the documents of the Party Central Committee, the State Council and Chairman Mao's important instructions. The intellectual youth are divided into three stages and the characteristics of each stage are summarized. In the second part, on the basis of combing the development track of the movement of intellectual youth going up to the countryside, the reasons for the rise of the movement of the intellectual youth in the mountain and the countryside are discussed in depth. On the premise of persisting in economic movement for fundamental reasons, this paper probes into the ideological motivation and the development of stable border areas in rural areas. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the evolution track and motivation of the movement of intellectual youth going to the countryside, the third part of this paper summarizes the plight and achievements of the intellectual youth going to the countryside, and the article thinks that the lesson of the intellectual youth going to the countryside is profound. However, we must not completely deny this movement, and can not completely bury the historical contribution of the vast number of educated youth. The fourth part is the emphasis and difficulty of this paper. The article insists on the starting point of learning from history and discusses the realistic enlightenment of the movement of intellectual youth going to the countryside from four aspects.
